The new patient process was easy and the doctor was fantastic during my appointment. It's minor, but afterwards when I asked to order contacts, the associate tried to sell me a whole year of contacts even though my insurance coverage for lenses would kick in later this year and I could get the second 6 months for free (and I told her this). Overall great experience, though!

Everyone at this location was so kind and helpful. I went in to get contacts after not having them for a few years. I was having so much difficulty during the little “training session” (it literally took me an hour and fifteen minutes to get them out and put them back in twice), but Samantha was so sweet and patient. With her tips and encouragement, I finally figured it out and have been good to go since! Thanks everyone!

My family of five have been going to this Lenscrafters for years. Dr. Zehava Moskowitz is great. She explained everything and answered my questions patiently and thoroughly. I did not feel rushed as is normally the case with doctor visits. I would highly recommend her to anyone visiting this store. Robert is a magician with fitting and repairing glasses. While there is often a wait, they are always courteous and helpful.

Everyone treat you like family everything went smooth everyone day of work together they are very good never been to a place like this for The doctor explained everything in detail by detail I would recommend this place to any of my friends thank you again Alexis Cruz

I never leave reviews but needed to commend this team. Nicole was helpful and professional during my entire visit. The store was sanitized as I was there and looked very clean. This staff was friendly and pleasant even when they got extremely busy. A real gem to find in this city. Thank you Lenscrafters.

Even though the doctors were very good, I've waiting over 3 weeks for my new glasses. The phone number of the store is inactive and as a result have not been able to contact the store nor has the store contacted me with information regarding my new glasses. Very frustrating.

LOVE this place! I got my contacts from here and a new pair of glasses. Super sweet staff who helped with the process. Contacts are great and amazing glasses options. Highly recommended

Got tricked by LensCrafters so want to make sure others are not. They are not upfront about the cost and what is covered by insurance and what is not. They asked about checking health of the eye which really meant is can they use some eye scan which is not covered by insurance and you have to pay out of pocket. Since you really find out about it towards the end you are now forced to pay for some scans that nobody wanted and insurance doesn’t cover

Great quick service and a Sunday appointment! Super easy to make an appointment online. The friendly staff made the process of getting glasses and contacts easy. My optometrist was cute too!
