It was a busy Sunday and had to wait a long time for help. They also didn’t offer to order a pair of glasses I wanted to the store. A nearby LensCrafters had better service and offered to order the same pair of glasses to their office. Overall did not get the service quality I expected given the high ratings on here.

Ordered a pair of glasses on 5/23/22. Received them on 6/1/22. However, the lenses were literally dancing in the frames. The optometrist tried to fixed them, but the one of the left side was still wiggling. There was also a scratch on the frame near the where it touched the nose on the right hand side. So they told me on 6/1/22 that I would be getting new Frames and new Lenses. I went to pick up the glasses today, 6/15/22, and it was the same Frames and same Lenses, where the left lens was still wiggling inside the frame and the same scratch mark where the frame touched the nose on the right hand side. So I waited 2 weeks to pick up the same frame and lenses. Terrible terrible terrible experience.

Very good service. The gentleman that helped me was excellent. He explained the glasses and lens in great detail and was very informative of the available options for a customer to choose from. I would gladly return in the future to purchase more glasses from him

Alexandra was very lovely and helpful in checking my insurance and explaining the benefits breakdown. I found a very cute pair of glasses that I can't wait to wear!

Had such an amazing experience twice at this Lens Crafters. Raudo is as fashionable as he is helpful and fun. He helped me look at frames and also tightened my current pair. They are lucky to have him and I’ll be back!

Due to several painful and traumatic experiences at the hands of unskilled doctors, I have a raging white coat syndrome. I haven’t been to the doctor’s in decades. My eyesight has been getting blurrier every year, so today - with the gentle prodding of my boss - I finally had an eye exam. It was not traumatic at all! Technology has changed tremendously since the 90’s, and I was soon geeking out at the sophisticated machinery used to take retinal scans among other metrics of my eye health. The doctor put me at ease and answered all my questions as well as showed me the scans.
It was a great visit, and I’ll finally stop living in a blurry world. 5 stars!

I had an emergency situation my Prescription glasses broke as soon as I got to work this morning. I walked in the LensCrafters. On 6th Avenue and 13th Street. Customer service was excellent.
Can't wait to go back and do business with them.

I've been to various places to get eye exams and prescritions for contacts and glasses. Lens Crafters is the only placeI've been that 1: gets it right! And 2: doesn't do a hard sell on yhou to purchase your glasses from them. It's always a pleasant exerience
