Do not buy from this company unless you want to get a runaround and excuses.

The website clearly states they the glasses will ship in 5-7 days. I sent my frames and lenserx was suppose to provide the prescription lenses.

I am on month 3 and have 17 messages to them and still no glasses. The excuses have been, lense manufacturing error, they changed partners and there is a supply line issue, there is a religious holiday. I continually am told that the item will ship by the end of the week …… and it never happens. I am still without my glasses. Oh … my biggest pet peeve- the “customer service” number asks you to leave a message and they never respond- you only have access via email that typically takes the 3-5 days to respond to.

Go someplace else… it’ll save you time and energy.

I bought a pair of sunglasses suitable for my eyesight.
Normally the client should also receive in the delivery box the 2 display sun lenses but there was only one.
After asking I was told that the other one had been broken during the assembly. After insistence on my part I was informed that the supplier of Lensesrx was going to provide me with two new ones. 2 months later, nothing more than a dry message telling me that their supplier is no longer able to provide them with the display lenses.
No apologies, they just lost the customer I was and two of my friends who had followed my advice to buy from them.

I used LensesRX in the past and was happy, so it was time for new sunglasses and I sent them a pair Oakley Crankshaft sunglasses to put prescriptions lenses in. I received them back on 11-20 and the second time I wore them, they fell apart in my hands and I noticed the frames were cut in several places. I contacted them back on 11-23 and they told me to send new frames and the lenses from my original order. I did not have the original lenses, my mistake for throwing them away along with my broken Oakleys. They refused to admit any wrongdoing (I mean there is no other way this could have possibly happened other than them breaking the frames), offered no recompense for the frames that they broke (Oakleys are not cheap!) and had the nerve to charge me for making new glasses. Between the sunglasses, lenses and shipping I am now out $500 and that is not an insignificant amount of money. Instead of making a small good faith gesture, they chose to completely shaft a repeat customer so that I will never patronize this business again.

My lenses cracked at the arms and nose joints within a month.
Company says not their problem.
I think it is their problem and that their products are garbage.
I think they ripped me off.

These guys are too good to be true. Like from days gone by. In all my years (70) I can't think of any company that has been so professional, their product, workmanship, pricing, communication, attentiveness to the individual customer is a thing to behold. Wholeheartedly recommended!

Great service and fast shipping. I ordered the Lily Pulitzer Meridiene sunglasses and I was trying to get them in progressive prescription lenses and my usual online glasses company said during Covid they are not doing any sunglasses frames or colored /tinted lenses at this time. I was very disappointed because I really love these frames. I took a chance on calling Lensesrx and they said they’d be happy to do the sunglasses in prescription tinted lenses in progressive bifocals. I ordered the. And received them quickly and they are the cutest frames by far I’ve ever ordered! They are now my new online glasses company.

BEWARE! Just because you can add an item to your cart does NOT mean they actually have it in stock. I ordered 2 Pair of Tom Ford sunglasses, paid, received and order confirmation. Then, a day or two later I get an email saying the items are discontinued (they do not have the sunglasses in stock) and asking if I would accept another model. I did not! Basically, when ordering you have no idea if they even have the item in stock.
A very flakey website, it took 3 try’s to place the order, and then ended up with a duplicate order. I order a ton of stuff online, and this was one my worst experiences.

The clarity of these lenses is outstanding compared to my old ones. When I first opened the package, I thought there were no lenses in the frames because the light didn't bend along the edge. I don't know if that says anything about quality but it was definitely startling.

I also saved some good money going with these guys. My eye doctor wanted $450 for a comparable pair of lenses (without frames). Yikesss. At least give it a try before dropping $500 on your lenses.

The very best and the best priced eyeglasses I've ever had in my 54 years! I typically pay between 5 and $700 for my glasses when all is said and done. With lenses RX I paid less than 200 for the entire package. The quality was top-notch and the speed of shipping was way faster than the expectation they said. I think I had my glasses in three or four days instead of the two weeks that was advertised. I I cannot foresee going anywhere else for eyeglasses! I highly recommend to anyone needing prescription glasses. Their customer service was top-notch. The glasses were well-crafted and the price was dirt cheap comparatively. I have ordered from LensRX many times and have never been disappointed. Even when I choose “no rush” my new glasses arrive sooner than I would imagine. I have never had an issue with them sending me the wrong prescription, my order taking too long, or the glasses coming damaged.
Their customer service is wonderful. I once entered my prescription wrong and the glasses came with my mistake. I informed customer service about it and they replied promptly and fixed the issue free of charge. Again, this was MY mistake, not theirs.
I would highly recommend LensRX for anyone looking for designer name lens at a lower cost.

Kind of a tiny place. They don't accept walk-ins. Doors are closed. Whether you want to order glasses or talk to customer service, you can only contact them via their website or by phone. Nothing is done in person.

Be ware with this store. Terrible service. They are very rude. I checked few sunglasses. They mostly used. I think, they are selling used items. Ebay purchased used items in the store. Never go again and never recommend this store. Think twice to go there.

This has to be the best company I have ever dealt with in my life! They were so affordable, almost more than half off what the chain eyeglass places we're going to charge for replacement lenses. I received emails on every single step they were doing. I had my glasses back in less than a week. They came out absolutely amazing! I have nothing but good things to say about this company and I highly recommend them!

I sent my Sunglasses in to get a small Rx for what I thought was a good price. After they received the sunglasses they up charged me $75. The quality was okay, but I probably wont use them again.

I've purchased frames with lenses and I've sent in a pair of the same frame of my own to have lenses put in, and I was taken great care of. Had an issue with shipping due to USPS, and LensesRX offered to refunded the shipping costs for the inconvenience. They always get back to me when I have questions through email or over the phone when I leave a message. The prices are also very good, which makes this an even better experience. Love that they offer Transitions XtraActive, which most online dealers do not. Don't waste your time, money, and frustration going somewhere else, these folks are the real deal.

Wow just wow. Super fast and good. Paid about 24$ (with the extra anti scratch coating) if not it was even cheaper. Very professional. Kept me updated on all the process. Took about 6 days (me S&H, them aproving the glasses, putting new lenses and last S&H back to me) Great service and even better with a 30 day warranty. (I almost paid 190.21$ some place else with same warranty). Just WOW very happy
