This is one of the worst experiences I have had with a company. I tried placing an order, but got no confirmation email and the order didn't appear in my account. Three days later, I tried re-placing the order and had the same thing happen. The next morning, I got an email from FedEx that both orders had shipped. I immediately contacted L'Epicerie to try to cancel one of the orders, but they refused. When the orders arrived, I discovered that half of the ordered items were missing, but they still charged me for them. Their customer service was rude and unhelpful throughout this experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding doing business with them.

I have ordered hard to find ingredients from this company in the past and was very pleased with my order. However, more recently I ordered a container of neutral glaze. When I opened it is was only half full and moldy. I do not see a way to contact this company and share photos of the defective product. I do not think I will order from here again.

I just received my second order of the Organic t65 flour 01/08/2022. I ordered when it was back ordered and frequently checked about potential shipping date. I received tracking as soon as it shipped and voila! Here it is. I don’t understand the reviews about scamming. I have not had a problem either time with receiving my shipment or tracking. Still 5 stars.

I ordered t65 flour a few weeks ago. Order was placed without any difficulty and with regular shipping came in just a couple days. The flour is fantastic! I’ve been baking French breads weekly and have had amazing success. I see now that they are sold out. It says back ordered. I sure hope it comes available again soon.

I just placed an order last week and received no tracking info.when I tried to find the contact information for the company, there was nothing available on the site which made me suspicious. Then I became aware of these reviews before I realized I had been scammed! I tried calling the company, but the number they have listed is not in service even though it says they are open.
Do not order from this company!

This company is SCAM! First of all there's no working contact information, I left msg many times, placed order and it's been almost a month and NOTHING!
AVOID THIS COMPANY!
NEVER SHOP HERE!
READ REVIEWS FIRST!

Placed an order 3 weeks ago.and paid for expedited shipping! The products have not arrived and there is no way to contact the company! There is no contact information and every time you call the phone just rings snd rings!
Either send me the product or reimburse my money!

Thank you so much for the prompt service! I chose UPS 3 day but it literally came within a day. I’m so glad that there is an option such as this so that i can continue using quality and hard to find products outside of a professional kitchen. Thanks again!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Total Scam!

I ordered about $400 worth of molds for my chocolate company to test out. When the molds didn't arrive my staff reached out to the business to see what was going on. We couldn't get a response. After doing some research we were able to track down the owner's (Philip) cell phone number. When I called Philip to see what was going on he explained that there was a power outage due to a snow storm and he couldn't ship the molds out. I did some research and found that wasn't true and I asked him why they didn't go out earlier in the week so they would be delivered on time. I was met with a combative response with Philip yelling at me and exclaiming that he had an issue with his supplier and that was why he couldn't get me the molds. To which I asked him, "so you don't have them in supply? " To which he responded "no. "

I then asked him why he would sell me the molds and charge me for shipping if he didn't have them in stock? I explained to him that I needed them urgently to get out an order for a client and I explained to him that if he could get me the molds next day that I would designate part of my budget to him as a supplier. This triggered him to yell and curse at me saying things like "I don't give a f**k how much money you spend with me! You cannot intimidate me! You're an ass hole! "

I was quite taken aback by this. I had just spent $400 with his company and made it clear that I was willing to spend a lot more with his company if he could get me the molds I needed in time. How was that intimidating? I just wanted what I ordered and what I was promised.

I suggest you avoid this business unless you like working with dishonest and unprofessional people.

UPDATE: After posting this review I received a nasty email from Philip where he went on to insult my companies and my staff. Even going as far to call my head chef a "weasel. "

His comments and actions are childish and ridiculous.

Again, I suggest you do your business with someone else.
