Lerman Diagnostic Imaging, Brooklyn NY

I have one question I hope you answer me.for example if I have referral for pelvic ct scan and doctor jay lerman sees something in other area should doctor put in the record or not.

On 02/17/2021 I was scheduled for Renal Sonogram. My appointment was due at 8: 30am but the technician came 20 minutes late. For the test the patient needs to drink 1 litter of water, witch I did. But because the technitian did not come on time I had to go to the restroom twice before the test started witch I was not supposed to because I need to keep the water in my body. Now I am not sure if the test will show the right results.

Very clean place went for an MRI everything went good. It wasn't a long wait maybe 30 minutes. An they were very busy

Mary Lou was the absolute sweetest person and best Sonographer I ever meet. The front desk ladies were also very kind and got me in the same day I called. I will never go back to Bay Ridge Medical Imaging if I don’t have to.

Very professional, friendly, polite. Erin, at the front desk, explained everything clearly. Carol, the radiology technician, gave clear instructions. The radiologist gave a succinct impression right away. Would definitely recommend and use their services again.

This place is the worst They did MRI with the mask on and I can’t be able to breath then I told them then he said u can take off the mask. They should tell patients before the test I don’t want to give any star

I have been going to Lerman Diagnostic Imaging for many years for many different kinds of tests. I have found them to be dependable, very nice to deal with, and professional, and I always highly recommend them. The people who work there are very nice, especially Mary Lou DiForte Malczewski who does my sonograms and is one of the nicest and smartest medical professionals I have ever met. After my test, the report is done very quickly and I can even get a copy of it on e-mail. They keep all my prior tests for comparisons too.

I had a wait but it was ok because when I went to the back for my cat scan I was met by the nicest gentleman and best customer service I have not experienced in years. Mr. Ricardo was my tech and he made me feel so comfortable. If I get customer care like this I don't mind the wait. Thank you!

The technician was very nice and knowledgeable. However I was told to wait in the waiting room after my completed test to be dismissed. Sooo, I am waiting and waiting and waiting if I didn’t leave I would still be waiting. Gotta find a better system.

I have been frequenting Lerman for years now. The staff is amazing and warm and extremely professional. I have never ever been disappointed any time I have gone there.

I do not have enough words of thanks for MaryLou. I ONLY ask for her for my yearly mammos and sonos as she is the best sonographer there is. She is professional, kind, and has always treated me with the utmost care. She is the most dedicated person I know who truly loves her job and Lerman is lucky to have her in their employ.

And when you're in Vinny's hands to have an MRI done, you will get the best care as well. He makes you feel so comfortable.

The staff at Lerman diagnostic are very warm and friendly. I had an ultra sound with Mary Lou who was totally amazing She treated me as though I was a family member. Mary Lou is compassionate, warm, sensitive and professional. Lerman is fortunate to have such a loyal employee who appears to love her job. She treats people with respect and tenderness. She should be a role model for others

I have been going to Lerman Diagnostic for many years, I will not use another radiologist for my tests. They are very caring and patient and answer any questions you may have. Highly recommend this facility for any tests you need.

I have a spinal disease. I need surgery almost every year. This is the only place I go to for my MRI's the staff is wonderful and really helps me. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. I never have a problem there and I go a little early so parking is not a struggle. You really have to get to know this place. It's worth the trip and I have a few radiology facilities within walking distance of my home but I drive the 6 miles to go here!

The staff here is very friendly and helpful, even if their phone lines are awful causing you to repeat yourself over and over. The machines themselves are standard though I've had three MRIs, the last at this place in which it was the most uncomfortable I've ever been, but not sure what's to blame.

Made appointment for 8: 00 AM Sunday morning when I arrived the gates were closed waited another 15 minutes Then left. I tried to reschedule
The front desk was rude No consideration For patients Ill be going to bay ridge imaging.

I went here a while back on a referral and I couldn't have been more satisified. The sonogram tech was smart and had a great personality. Dr Lerman was extremely kind and went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. I did wait a while to be scene, but it was worth it. True Quality care.

I have had 2 scans done here staff is very friendly and techs very professional I will return for any other testing and highly recommend

They were ok, nothing to brag about I prefer Bayridge imaging much cleaner & updated equipment

The doctors and staff are exceptional. They take their time to sit down and explain every proceedure in detail. I would highly recommend Lerman Diagnostic Imaging to any patient in regards to their diagnosis and treatment planning. I was met with the utmost professionalism and courtesy, hands down a 10 out 10 rating.
