Worst Pharmacy. Terrible customer service from the door man to the Pharmacist. Especially the clown tiny Indian lady.she has no idea how to take care of the customers.please do not go there and do not tell your doctors to send the prescriptions to this Pharmacy. Thanks!

I have been going to this specific pharmacy for all my life, yesterday my Dr sent a script to this location and they told me they didn't have the medicine for me. I went also in April to the same answers. I am disabled, and need my medicines. I called today to transfer the script to a different location and was harassed by the worker who claimed I haven't been to the location since 2016. Not only was she demeaning and condescending but with my current disability she refused to assist me with the matters at hand. Sad to say I will not be going to this location anymore and will be inconvenienced finding a new pharmacy. I also hope ppl reading this are aware as they seem to not care about their long time customers. This pharmacy has been declining in service for a long time. Sad to see it.

Terrible PHARMACY CUSTOMER SERVICE. These Indians seem very RACIST against HISPANICS. All my business now goes to WALGREENS.

Very bad customer service, and these people who are the same owners of Oval Drug, do NOT value nor appreciate their CUSTOMERS. Leroy's, you are NOT doing me a favor by filling my prescriptions. Rather, I'm doing Leroy's a favor by patronizing you. There are plenty of pharmacys here in Parkchester. I prefer WALGREEN'S.
Also, LEROY'S is so money hungry for MEDICAID/ NEW YORK STATE MANAGED CARE CO-PAYS! WOW.

I have been going to Leroy pharmacy for many years. When the pharmacist says the prescription will be ready in 15 minutes it is ready between 15 and 20 minutes.

Actually the star rating is negative for customer services I send my daughter to pick up my medication on Christmas Day the pharmacist acknowledged seeing my name put delayed in providing my daughter with my asthma medication. I haven’t had bout of asthma for more than 10 years. I have not air pumps or asthma medication. The customer services here suck.

Very slow service i wont blame employees who worked there, the management sucks!
Never again this place, and im strongly suggesting to my neighborhood (PC) not to come this place!

Its a basic store for a quick stop for personal needs. Its currently running a clearence sale preparing to close down.
