Sad to be writing this, because when I called, the woman I spoke to on the phone told me they had made many of the type of dress my best friend was looking for, but upon arrival we were greeted with something completely different.

The woman who met us at the front desk had a nasty attitude about her from the moment we walked in, scoffed at the budget, scoffed at the type of dress she wanted, just nasty. But we went ahead with the appointment in the hopes it might improve. It didn’t. Half the dresses on the rack were “discontinued” and by the end of the appointment the sales woman was trying to push my friend into a dress she said more than once, wasn’t for her. We were told we couldn’t make certain changes and then once we were preparing to leave without a dress all of a sudden the ability to make changes became an option. Would not recommend this place to anyone. They will do what they can to get you in the door and in a dress, but not into something you want or are comfortable in.

Awesome place. I went there for a last-minute dress and they were very helpful, found my dress and got alterations within 3 days.

I had a great experience! A colleague recommended this store to me after I had already went wedding dress shopping at 4 other stores with no luck. When I had my appointment last fall, I was the only bride and Marika, my saleswoman, was patient and kind and made me feel very comfortable. It was a relief after having some not so great experiences at other bridal shops. I found my wedding dress here and couldn't be happier! Every appointment, and alterations, from start to finish, was great. My dress was ordered and arrived in a timely manner, and alterations were done repeatedly until the dress was perfect. I highly recommend this shop for any other brides in the area.

I purchased my mom of groom dress for 11/17/22 wedding. I didn’t want traditional mother of the.gown. Letitia picked the perfect dress! After the wedding all I heard was how stunning I looked and the dress was amazing. “How are up going to top that” 11 months later when my next son was getting married. Letitia’s (Ruthie) found another different look equally stunning dress. I heard the same wowwza type coming. I will add photos when they are back from photographer. Ruthie knows her designers and style for you Body and event. Highly highly recommend!

I had a nice experience with these ladies. They helped me find the perfect dress for our daughters wedding for this July. They have a large and beautiful selection to choose from. I’m sending all my clients to Laticias The woman that did my alterations was awesome as well.

Absolute terrible experience! Owner is completely rude and lies. At time of ordering I explained I did not want additional upsize. They purposely order upsize you to get money (200 extra)! They wrote alteration zero dollars on the receipt. When the dress came in (huge) they tried to say it was entirely to big and my charges will be 500-600 in alterations. Yes, I lost weight but had told them this and told them not to order a bigger size. They do this to try and get an additional 1000! My daughters wedding and they ruined everything just so they can get money. Shame on them!

Recently went there with a family bride to be.the owner and staff are wonderful we recommend them highly!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Awful experience rude and dismissive attitude. Made an appointment and explained what I was looking for. She told me we have nothing as if I was bothering her. Then proceeded to ask my price point. Do not waste your time or money in this establishment clearly looking for a particular client and I was not it.

Most horrible wedding shopping experience I've ever had. Upon arriving "Merika" or however you spell her name did not greet me or the bride. She stood there with her nose turned up until I broke the ice. She proceeded to ask about the type of dress the bride wanted (which should have been asked on the bridal showroom floor, instead it was asked at the front desk as if she didn't want us to continue. After showing the dress, she judged it saying "oh sexy" and asked the bride her dress desires. After my friend gives her 5 descriptors, I had to interject and say I think she gave you enough answers to start can you begin showing the dresses. She takes us downstairs, does not navigate us through the dresses and just stands and watches us pry through 100s of dresses not knowing where to start. My friend, the bride felt rushed, unhelped, and quite frankly discriminated against. I would NOT EVER recommend this experience or bridal shop to anyone. It seems that they only want a specific customer base and I will be going to speak to a manager hopefully even the owner about the horrid, dismissive, and standoffish experience that my friend and I went through as black women visiting this establishment for the first time.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Staff extremely unfriendly from the moment I walked in with my mother. Dresses were cheap material, and didn’t match any of the inspiration pictures I showed them. The lady made the experience so miserable I could not wait to just get out of the store.
