They are dishonest people. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for 130 dollars and when it arrived it had all withered flowers and also the bouquet in the photo had chocolates and the chocolates never came separately. They changed the base of the vase, which was considered a nice gift from the family.mother came out as a scam

Ordered the deluxe version of the Precious Heart Bouquet for a friend’s 50th wedding anniversary and asked for a gold bow on the bouquet. They did that, which was so nice, but they even added gold leaves which was a really special touch.

Beautiful flowers and great customer and delivery service! Flowers are fresh and their assortment is always put together beautifully! Will order again for either pick up or delivery when needing to. The price is great too for the assortments!

It's an old fashioned place. I was thrilled with friendliness; they had very limited selection of flowers at the time of my visit, so i brought my own missing elements for the arrangement; but at "end of the day" they did a very good job. I was overcharged as well, I was given an estimate in the beginning and even with my flowers I was changed extra.

I couldn't reply to the owner to his response, so I had to edit my review. The order was placed few months ago. I just couldn't bring myself to post it.

Ordered this arrangment for my mother and not only was it fresh and beautiful, but it was delivered with care. Realizing my mother wasnt home at the time of delivery, the driver went above and beyond to ensure the arrangement was secure and even left my mom a voicemail. Amazing customer service!
