38I Couldn't be any more happier with my experience at Levittown Ford! My sales associate Maya Dinkins-Rheams was a fantastic representative of the company and recommended speaking with her for your next car purchase. She was splendid to talk with, knew her stuff and was very helpful. She helped in every way possible to make my experience here the best.
Came in for a deal on a f150.walked out and went across the street to dodge and got the deal done there. Wasted over an hour sitting around for my sales man Treigh and soon after finance guy craig. Was in and out at Town and County Dodge in a few more hours.but left with the truck same day. Dont waste your time here. I gave 2 stars just because Treigh was polite. But even as I walking out did not try and selvage the deal. In fact know one did. Ohwell.
WORST DEALERSHIP EVER, WASTE YOUR TIME AND UR MONEY. THE MIN U WALK IN AND WALK OUT THE ENTIRE DEALERSHIP MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE THEY ARE GIVING YOU A FAVOR. IF YOU REALLY WANT WASTE YOU TIME GO HERE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Talk about a stink bomb.the fleet departments response times and professionalism is beyond horrendous.it’s been over two weeks, multiple calls and still no communication! Hands down worst experience in my entire life!

If Jonathan Ianneilli brings transcripts of our 2-3 dozen conversations we've had over the last 8 months about a brand new F-150 to any University on the planet that offers a Bachelors Degree in Human Psychology, he will earn his degree and graduate that same day. My situation is a bit complex because I drive a company vehicle and don't actually have a NEED for a second vehicle-therefore I can't wrap my head around taking on that payment (especially with a 8 month old baby). Jonathan has the patience of a saint and he is VERY knowledgable. He has never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable on the phone or at the branch. I know when I am ready that this is the only Sales Associate and Dealership I'll be getting my Ford from.
Darnell - Your best car salesman because he doesn’t carry himself like a car salesman. Talk about personable and real, I am looking for 2 more cars and because of him I would never buy from another dealership. Car purchasing has changed, you have already done your homework and you already know what you wants, it’s the service that makes you buy. Darnell is a true asset to your dealship, please make sure this review gets to him.
Levittown Ford service is very good, they have customer service as their number one priority. The staff is very professional, for example Service Advisor Joe Deguire. He handled my issue right away, kept me informed all the time and resolved it to my complete satisfaction very quickly. Thank you Joe for a job well done.
I would like thank Joe in service, I’ve had an issue for 6 months after dealing with a different service manager who is no longer with your dealer ship. In one day I explained to joe the issue and a man of his word problem solved next day, a happy customer again.
I had an AWESOME experience at Levittown Ford. My sales rep Jonathan Iannielli was very helpful. Great communication and positive attitude, no pressure at all. I would definitely recommend Jon to anyone who is looking to buy a car.

My sales person, Thomas Feeney was great. He was knowledgeable of the cars especially the car I wanted, an Explore. He was able to work with me and give me a great deal. I was able to walk out with a new car. The manager Vincent Felice was great as well. I definitely recommend this dealer and sales person.
Salesman Jonathan Persaud and the finance man Adam were helpful and courteous. There was another salesman who helped us when we picked up the car, but unfortunately don't remember his name, only that it started with a D. I had a very bad experience the last time I bought a car at Ford in 2014, but Jonathan and Adam made this purchasing experience better.
My family and I are glad we delt with Jonathan, respectful and did not treat us like any other customer. He has fully surpassed our expectations.
In my opinion go to him first.
