Wonderful Kosher baked goods and sweets. Lots of packages of freshly baked hamataschen! Also have separate individual large hamataschen, sold individually. Perfect for Purim. Of course they have various other baked goods, not limited to Challah bread (standard larger loafs, or small rolls of challah), and more. Much much more! Everything I purchased was fresh of the day.

Very small shop (seems all the baking is done in the back, behind the tiny storefront) in Rego Park, two short blocks to nearby subway in Queens Blvd. When entering the tiny shop, the left side wall is lined with several shelves displaying their freshly bade goods (all items are packaged in transparent individual bags, or take-out containers), but they have more items on their tiny counter (to the right) etc. Proprietor was quite amiable and answered questions. Eager to make another trip for more goodies. (I was shopping for Orthodox acquaintance and I made a special trip to find Levy's; it's worth the trip!)

I am a gentile, but I was doing some shopping for an Orthodox acquaintance. I heard about Levy's from others and I made a special trip to go to Levy's Bakery; it is worth the trip! All items are pre-packaged (either plastic bagged, or take-out containers) in advance, (If you are getting the goods for someone who keeps kosher and need it certified, just let the proprietor know and they will put their custom "certified kosher" stamp on the items for you.)

Also note that they are closed earlier on Fridays and closed completely on Saturdays, but opened standard hours the rest of the week, except holidays. When in doubt, call them to confirm their schedule for specific days.

Fantastic cakes! The most tender and freshest cakes in New York! I'm ready to go from Brooklyn to Queens for these sweets! I have never eaten such an airy cheesecake in my life. It can be seen that they do not save on products, there are a lot of cherries and other ingredients according to the recipe. And bird's milk is my childhood. Same taste! Well done boys. Thank you!

Wonderful sweets and baked items that are kosher. Lots of freshly baked hamataschen in packaging! Additionally, sell separate, huge hamataschen that are sold individually.ideal for Purim Very little store (it appears like all of the baking is done in the back, hidden from view by the tiny storefront) Small store in Rego Park, two short blocks from the closest metro on Queens Boulevard, great products. Owner answered questions and was really friendly.want to travel again to collect more things.
(I made a special excursion to find Levy's while shopping for an Orthodox acquaintance; it was well worth the effort)

This place doesn't disappoint. If you're craving something sweet & filling. Get one of their breads with cheese. It was so good
