Just outstanding service. Cheerful people. Not sure why they need a security guard but he was nice also.

The office was very busy when I arrived, but the staff was efficient and extremely helpful. The crowd was handled politely and as quickly as possible. I would recommend using this office to others in need of the DMV.

The phone rings twice and they hang up. It is so difficult to get an answer! I have a simple question that I’d like answered before I go in yet no one seems to know how to answer a phone!

I drive past another DMV just to come to this DMV, my experience here has always been fantastic. Expert staff that are incredibly Professional every time. I absolutely love how consistent they are and even when I bring in a mess of paperwork and I have no idea what to do and they get me sorted. I wish every experience I had With a customer service industry or government agency was even 10% as professional as this office. You're making a mistake if you go anywhere else.

We have moved to Inlet Ny about 6 months ago from out of state. They have been great in our transition of changing our licenses to registering vehicles and snowmobiles. They always have a way of making our trip worth it. Thanks for the great service.

Went on Friday December 23 said it would be open. Until 3: 30. Got there just closed 11: 00. Should have been posted on their site.

If you have enough time and you live in Lewis County New York this is the place to go for all your DMV needs. The staff here are very knowledgeable, but very strict and follow the rules to the letter. Assuming that the staff might let something slide or if the customer doesn't fully understand the rules, is where most people get frustrated. Have all your paperwork in order along with any money that is needed for fees or payments will help make your visit and smooth as possible.
