Lexus of Manhattan, New York NY

I purchased a vehicle from Lexus of Manhattan a couple of days ago. I worked with Richard Emerson who found me the exact build that I wanted for my 2024 Lexus NX 350H. I live in Massachusetts and was told the wait would be 4 to 8 months. I contacted Richard who was able to locate the exact build I wanted, and it was delivered to me at Lexus of Manhattan in less than a month. When I arrived at the dealership, I was very impressed with the delivery of the vehicle and everyone that I dealt with. It was a great experience from beginning to end thanks to Richard! It was an awesome ride home to Massachusetts in my new car.

My air valve compression cap went missing after one of my services here. The fees are expensive for fast service but this was a preposterous aftermath and very bad for my tires.

Lexus of Manhattan is not what you expect a premium dealer to be. After delivering a new car with one key, I called the sales person 6 times, the sales manager twice and the GM, Danny Leach to check status for the second key. No one ever returned a call. Had to contact the GM of Lexus USA to get any action - and suddenly the dealership responded.

The service department seems fine - did what they said they would do but kept the car an extra day.

I hope future experience is better.

It’s all fun and good when you are going to get your car, but as soon as you have it, they don’t seem to care about you, call or email with questions and nobody answers to you.

They will try and upsell you by saying any and everything is wrong with your car. Look for a local autobody shop instead.

I had the best experience at this dealership due to the infamous Mr. Goodluck. His customer service is amazing and patience because I could be difficult. I am so happy with my car and that he was my salesman. I’m officially team Lexus from here on out.

They told me that my car had alot of problems and they are not going to touch it and I was charged $500. I spent thousands of dollars there and Veto told me I had to build a rapport with him to get discounted. I did that already with Mr. Hernandez who doesn't work there anymore. I've been dealing with Lexus of Manhattan since 2004 and purchased 3 cars from them. They are the worse and I will never go back there again
