I can't thank Valerie enough for being patient with me and helping me find my dream dress! Originally, I made the trip to NYC and said yes to a dress, only to have doubts on the way home. I called first thing Monday and Valerie let me put the order on hold and come back the following weekend with my mom. After bringing back my mom, I said no to the original dress and yes to a new dress! I am so much happier this time, and Valerie was so accommodating with my back and forth indecisiveness. She wasn't pushy, was very sweet to work with and genuinely wanted me to be happy with my dress. I am so much happier this time around and thankful for Valerie and the team at L'Fay!

Melissa is a SAINT! I went to a bunch of bridal shops and was feeling so defeated by pushy consultants. Melissa was so patient, genuine, and really listened when I told her my likes and dislikes. The boutique itself is exquisite. Every single dress in there is unique and absolutely beautiful. If you want to feel like a true bride, I highly recommend L’Fay!

Just wanted to share my bridal experience quickly. I bought a gown that I later realized I didn’t love, then went to several bridal shops in search of another dress and dealt with some consultants I felt could have been more helpful had they had more experience or knowledge. Really just felt defeated at that point. Then I somehow found myself at L’Fay with Melissa, the sweetest most down to earth and extremely talented consultant that I had the pleasure of dealing with. Seriously just the best. I vibe well with people who give off genuine energy and she was just that. Really helped me envision everything- pinning skirts on my dress giving me helpful alternatives to line the top of my dress. All around just my best experience and with her help I was able to say yes again to the dress! Couldn’t be happier! Thank you Melissa!

Today I visited L’Fay Bridal in Chatham and officially said YES to my dress! They have such a beautiful selection of wedding dresses. I can’t thank L’Fay enough for making my bridal experience a memorable one. From the sweet person who booked my appointment to my wonderful bridal expert Mikeala! She was kind, patient, and professional. She didn’t make me feel rushed or uncomfortable, which seemed to be a common theme throughout other bridal shops. L'fay Bridal is the place to go. Not only do they have the most beautiful, rare, designer gowns- the people there are lovely! Melissa was my bridal consultant, and worked with my budget to give me my DREAM dress (which happened to be a Cortana sample size). She was a gem of a gem, not pushy at all, but so pleasant and accommodating. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment here!

My experience at L’Fay was exactly what I had always envisioned while shopping for my wedding dress. Compared to my experience at Kleinfeld, L’Fay was 100x better.

Juliana D.was my consultant and she was the best! I would definitely try to get an appointment with her. From the moment I met her, she was so helpful. I wanted to try on different styles because I wanted to make sure I would pick the best look for my body. She was so patient and willing to help me in and out of each dress. I am a very decisive person, so trying on so many different styles wasn’t an issue. After putting on the dress, I would know immediately which ones were a no or yes. I tried on so many dresses, but not matter how many I kept saying no to, Juliana would continue to happily work with me and try to make other dress suggestions, which I really appreciated. Also, if I asked for her opinion, it was always very respectful. She would be honest if something did not look right, but it would be tactful.

It came down to 2 different styles and she kept offering for me to try them on again for comparison. She would say “would you like to try on the other one again so you can compare? ” I loved that she encouraged me to try them on as much as possible. Instead of rushing me and getting impatient, she understood that I was serious about the decision and that a wedding dress should be a well thought out decision, not something made on the fly, only to regret the decision later.

I ended up purchasing a beautiful Berta dress and had zero regrets, no amount of buyer’s remorse after. I walked out of the store extremely happy and excited. L’Fay is so lucky to have Juliana as a consultant. She knows that this is such an important and special experience for a bride.

Also, after getting your measurements taken, I would listen to Juliana’s suggestion for which size you should order. I did tell her I intended to lose some weight and I was considering ordering a whole size lower than her suggestion. She advised me that the size she picked would probably be better. I would still have to lose a little bit of weight, but not as much if I order the smaller size. I took her advice, and I am so glad I did! I think she knew that the size she selected was more of a realistic weight loss goal than the one that was a whole size down. My dress arrived today and I tried it on, and it fit like a glove! I was so happy. I did lose some weight, but had I picked one size down, I think I would have been devastated today. That dress definitely would not have fit lol!

Seriously, this bridal salon is beyond amazing! From the start, Melissa was incredibly attentive, asking me to describe what I was looking for and pulling a bunch of options. This is the only bridal salon I went to that I liked ALL of the options she pulled for me.

On top of her just being an awesome, genuine person, she also worked with us to make some rather dramatic and unexpected alterations. She and Amy were so patient and understanding. I'm so grateful for them and highly recommend this bridal salon to anyone who wants to work with an awesome team with the most stunning selection of dresses!

They're so professional and kind! Had a really good experience here, even when I didn't find my wedding dress in this beautiful shop.

The moment I walked into L'Fay bridal, I felt like my mom and I were being treated like royalty! They have a great selection and private areas/rooms so you feel like you have the shop to yourself. The highlight of my experience was working with Mikeala, the wondering bridal consultant. Mikeala knew exactly what I wanted, was extremely responsive via email/on the phone and really helped me navigate this process. Thank you Mikeala!

Don’t let these ratings fool you. Ruined my sisters entire experience of being a bride by causing her nothing but stress. Ordered a SIX THOUSAND DOLLAR gown and they didn’t even bother to order the right size. Had to take the dress apart completely and still made us pay for alterations. It’s a scam. Don’t waste your time and let yourself enjoy being a bride!

Definitely the place to go for unique shirts that convey a strong artistic statement. Upper Playground offers a massive selection of graffiti-style, humorous, vintage, and cool graphic shirts that correlates music, sports, and political views at reasonable prices while maintaining excellent quality and service.

L'Fay has a great selection of dresses especially for the ones that need smaller sizes. The staff is very sweet and answers all your questions.

I can’t imagine a better gown shopping experience. My first ever appointment was here and I eventually came back to buy my gown. Juliana was amazing and I loved the entire environment/atmosphere of this boutique. Thank you so much Juliana and L’Fay!

Words cant explain how happy this shop made me! Coming into the shop I was just left another bridal shop. I was greeted with a warm welcome then seated. Melissa was my sales associate and she was the best person for me. She was so upbeat and she found the dress. It was like magic. She found it just like that through my personality! She really loves what she does and I said yes to the dress! Thank you!

This was my sixth and final stop shopping for a wedding dress. The boutique is lovely, selections top notch and the personalized assistance I received was amazing.

Found my Berta wedding dress here! Melissa assisted me and was super helpful and sweet. Definitely recommend making a weekday appointment as you'll have the whole salon to yourself, which is super refreshing considering how rushed and crammed the whole process can be.
