Li-Lac Chocolates (Chelsea Market) reviews
9Worst chocolate I've ever had. I ordered a peanut butter fudge, dark chocolate raspberry bar and my sister had a fudge. I almost spit it out. Worst quality chocolate that I've ever had. Couldn't even finish it, threw it away immediately.
I visited one of NYC's famous and oldest chocolate shops to buy delicious chocolates. However, customer service could use improvement; it's unprofessional to talk on the phone while serving customers.
Great chocolate, high quality! Lots of choices from the case and many options for gifting. Staff is always helpful whenever I stop by.
Wonderful place to choose chocolates, to give as gifts or to enjoy one.
An excellent variety for all tastes. Good attention from the staff
Go-to store for gifting or when I need a pick me up. The staff is always so warm and helpful
I bought the caramel squares (unsalted) and there fudge (original one). Must say the fudge literally melted in my mouth it tastes so good. The caramel squares had a rich caramel filling and great coat of chocolate. It’s a must try place in New York
Great selection of high end chocolates; priced slightly cheaper than others I've seen in town!
Amazing! The people who work here made the experience complete - so friendly! Edwin went above and beyond answering all my questions and helping pick out some of the best chocolates I’ve ever had. Thank you!
Li- lac Chocolates has been in business for 100 years so that alone is quiteimpressive. This location is located inside the Chelsea Market closer to 9th Avenue. I had the pleasure of chatting about the chocolates with a super knowledgeable employee who answered my numerous questions. The chocolates are expensive but the quality is definitely worth it.
