LI Urgent Care, West Babylon NY

I have been to the West Babylon Urgent Care 4 times since the Pandemic started and they are always fast, thorough and friendly. I would highly recommend this location!

I was impressed with the way they handle their patient load. The system in place seems very efficient. I love filling out all the paperwork before you even go in, and the fact that you can see your place in line is helpful. The employees are courteous and professional, and the PA I had was great- took time with me, listened and answered my questions.

Very clean, people are very nice and I always had a professional experience while being there. They have always been helpful and took care of me and my issues.

Did not take long to be seen. The doctor was very thorough and with the meds she prescribed I felt better by the next day.

The team at this location are prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. I have brought my dad to this location few times in the past couple of months and it’s been a relief to have the Urgent Care as an option with competent staff. The care is remarkable and they have saved us a few trips to the ER which have usually been time consuming with a barrage of tests that come to the same conclusion. Definitely recommend LI urgent care at this location.

I have been going to this urgent care for a few years now. I’ve always had the best experiences. The staff, including doctors, assistants and receptionists are not only very professional but also caring and they take their time to pay attention to your needs. They are also very patient and organized. They always make you feel safe.

Staff are friendly, clean place and they're pretty fast. I've been there many times for different reasons.i recommend this clinic. I took my daughter there and we were out in less than 20 minutes.

I'm here at 3: 00 they close at 8: 00. I was told to come here with my knee injury where I can't walk. Take the phone number off the door and then call and wait in my car. I limp here in a lot of pain and I'm told that they can't take me. They close in 5 hours. This place is a joke that doesn't care about people just raking in the money from the covid testing

BOTH visits I recently made to LIUC were fantastic. The waiting time was good, even considering the challenges of COVID. The staff is friendly and the practitioners competent. Excellent all-around. Highly recommend!

I was able to get an appointment right away. The wait time was not too long and the staff and PA named Christine was amazing. Keep up the great work in such scary times.

My children & I needed Covid tests. The staff was wonderful. They were quick; informed me of each step; provided info after each procedure; & were very pleasant. Thank you to the caring practitioners!

Love this place for all our medical needs. The staff, PA and doctors are excellent. We been going here since 2017. Especially during CoVid, we relied on our tests and it was excellent choice and service every time. Thanks again!

The LI Urgent Care in West Babylon is a quick, efficient, and professional facility. The PAs are knowledgeable and helpful. During this time of Covid, it’s the only urgent care I feel comfortable taking my family to because I know we’ll get quality care.

Stephanie was my nurse tech and she was clear and direct with questions asked and I feel confident in her diagnosis and what I am being treated for. Thank you again.

They were very thorough and concerned about my mother and made the right call. All I can say is thank God I listened to them and brought her to the hospital. She ended up in the hospital for 5 days as a result, but it could of been worse.
