10Clothes smell fresh and are neatly folded, but the service is lacking. They take your number, but don't call when your laundry is ready to be picked up. Also, be mindful of your laundry, I brought in a laundry bag, and they gave me another, and attempted to put the blame on me.

I'm 66 years old and I use a cane I took a cab at 9 at night to avoid the crowd and after loading my laundry there was no seats and I was told that I had to wait outside in the frigid cold with no where to sit, the next day I had to go to the ER I caught pneumonia, please don't
go to that place the owner is heartless.

One of the problems I have is people using the washer for both rugs and clothes, there should be separate washers for rugs and also customers putting their dirty clothes in the carts that are used for clean clothes coming out the washers and dryers, that's not sanitary either.
We have been coming here since it opened and we have always been super happy.the store is always clean.the workers are always cleaning and straightening up.it is a very big store, so i have to give the workers credit it must be hard.they have FREE WIFI. You get a free wash when you add $20 to your laundry card. Hot dryers and hot water,
The prices for the machines are great.this laundry mat s kept very clean and it wasn't overly crowded on a weeknight. I will make this the new place that I do laundry.
Great facility! The staff is friendly and the store is always clean! You can tell that they use Hot water in the washers and good heat in the dryers. They have lots of parking and open all the time! I certainly recommend this laundry!
