Courteous and professional staff. Barely no wait time especially with an antsy 5yo patient. Great service! Excited for our follow up.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The office is very clean. I was seen very quickly and was even able to see a specialist who assisted me with getting financial assistance. I am relieved that I don't have to have another surgery since the new technology will allow me to get a hearing aid which is very comfortable.

Efficient, polite, communicated effectively, explained the process before and after the test, helped immediately with my ENT appointment which was necessary

I really Love how the STAFF & head Dr. Weigand treats me as a patient, they take their time & Listen to me, they ALL are sooo wonderful! Never had any issues! I’m so glad I finally can hear with the help of Dr. John Weigand. & staff!

The staff and service here was amazing! Someone was there to greet me and sign me in as soon as I arrived. Once we went over my paperwork to verify identity etc, the audiologist was ready to see me. I only waited about 5 minutes total.

The audiologist was so gentle and explained everything she was going to do before we began the examination. The examination itself was quick and scheduling the follow-up took no time at all. From start to finish, I was in and out of the office in one hour.

Ordered hearing aids and paid also in October. Came for my appointment after waiting 35 minutes, they said they forgot to order them. The good thing is they were courteous.

Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. The screening only took about 15 minutes and it was prompt.

I found the service at LHC today to be excellent. Everyone with whom I interacted were friendly, courteous and professional. The wait time before being seen was reasonable. The specialist who administered the test explained the procedure before we started and explained the results in layman terms. I was given a copy of the results upon request. I would highly recommend LHC at SUNY Downstate Hospital in Brooklyn.
