Liberty Mutual Insurance, Middletown NY

Hi my experience with this insurance company do not want to pay out for accident involved in nail salons when they give you bad infection and dirty business. I won't recamended this liberty mutual insurance for anything cause you as a consumer who's paying monthly payment than you have a claim this company does not want to pay for your claim and now you have to sue the insurance company and the owner for not paying the claims! So much headaches now courts is involved all headaches! Please don't choose this company no more! Liberty mutual is stealing your money!

All I can say about Liberty mutual insurance is that I enjoy their commercials very much I think they are quite entertaining.but the only reason I was asked for a review is because I happen to drive by it all the time so I have not been in there to give an honest opinion. But I am sure they are lovely people in there and do a fine job

I've been with liberty mutual since 2013 I believe and made monthly payments. When the time came when I needed help. They did nothing to ease my worries. Nor were they concerned. I felt like I wasted my money and will never trust another insurance company for rental insurance. I didnt even want to them one star!

Great local office. Very very nice place. The staff here were so pleasant and helpful. On my way to my local VA hospital and stopped in for new insurance ID cards, not my broker but they were so helpful. Thanks liberty mutual, great staff.

They processed a claim and it was in a timely manner. I was in constant contact and was explained the whole process through. They directed me every step of the way on my claim. A lot of paperwork but that was to be expected. Liberty went above and beyond to process quickly and I was satisfied with their services. I highly recommend them if you need insurance.
