As a former Corrections Officer. I definitely DO NOT recommend Liberty pool for parents and children. You will feel as if you are entering a correctional facility with the way your belongings are checked at the front desk area. I was also asked to show my two year old's swimming diapers along with them wanting me to show if I have a lining my my swimming trunks. After being searched I was totally turned off by bringing myself and my family inside.

This is a clean pool with strict staff, which can be appreciated for safety concerns. However at times the staff can be a bit rude and abrasive. Overall the pool is a decent size, only approximately 3 feet 5 inches all around.

Great place to have fun with the kids. They remodeled and there is plenty of room to sit on new chase lounges while enjoying the pool on a hit summer day. Pool opens June 26th. Have fun everyone.

One of the longest running pools in queens. Liberty pool has been serving the Jamaica queens area for decades. A clean pool that was always the place to be at in the summer time as a kid growing up in Jamaica queens.

They have made some really good changes to the pool over the years, for the better, and I say it still has to be one of the best pools in the area.

It is a nice pool to swim, but the only problem is that the water level is too low. The max height is 4 feet.it's not enough

This place is convenient. Convenient parking, not many people goes to this one and it's fairly clean. The pool is only 3 ft but it's cool and refreshing. There's like 6 lifeguards on staff so safety is a priority to them which I appreciate. The only thing is that I called this facility for information but no one answers. I went there around 1 30 PM and there was literally about 20 patrons in this pool which is great since I come there to workout. There is a kiddy pool and beach chairs with umbrellas in the perimeter of the pool. CDC guidelines is enforce.

The ghettooooo it’s ight, it’s not a place to relax or nothing, it’s just a place to go to where you got no other pool to go to, a last resort.the pool was clean.

The staff is friendly and the pool is pretty big its only 3 and a half feet deep but you get what you pay for. Overall I truly enjoyed myself.

Felt like a criminal there they treat you like you’re an inmate, the pool is only one level. U aren’t even allowed to shower without supervision

Super small public pool that only holds 108 people. My nieces and i stood in line for a half hour because they were at capacity. I hear it’s better to go to the early session. They’re super strict and barely let you do anything. I had my niece on my back just floating around and they said she couldn’t do that. Didn’t see what the big deal was, but hey, their pool, their rules. The showers are nice and warm which I liked so that’s a plus. I wouldn’t come back.

I went there with my 7 year old
U cannot bring food or drink only water to the pool area. I didnt want to go in the pool only my daughter but before u will have to shower off first, this lady told me I had to shower off too and I told her I wasnt going in the pool and she still insists. Smh, apart from their crazy rules the pool was clean and well kept. I would recommend anyone to go there. But make sure u call before u go

Reviews are important! The pool and deck are extremely clean and nice! The staff are STIFF (A. F.), children are not allowed to do canon balls nor jump in pool, also they HULK the children EVEN IF they are taller then 3 ft 6 in tall. The staff seem overbearing, my personal experiences was slightly ruined DUE to the pool staff. I wish Manhattan nyc pool had new lounge chairs and LG connect four game and shuffleboard games, like this location did. Yet aside from the DECK staff ONLY the experience was O. K.not the worse and not the best!
