The team at Lids in this particular store could not do enough for me. Nick and Ozzie are the boys to come and see… doing Lids Proud.

I traveled all over the states and this was the worst customer service I've ever experienced anywhere.they were very unkine and repulsive employees.the shop looks like a professional hat shop and is no different from any cheap gift shop in the area. I do not recommend!

Cashier #628017, was completely rude. Didn’t even ask if I was done. Just started ringing my items up. Almost tried to rush me out the store. When the store it’s self was empty. I do wish they have more larger sizes in hats

Nice store to find items such as caps, jerseys and other items related to MLB or NBA teams.

Store say close at 9 pm but they close before 8 pm and none one of the employees into the store go out also if there are many people out the store calling them.

The staff of the store is really amazing, friendly, taking care of the customers.
I really had an amazing experience here, with my customer needs taken serious. Totally recommend to buy your gear here! Also they have a big choice for more teams all around NBA, NFL, and MLB!

Went there today and don't know the name of the lady who does the designs in the front, but she was rude to me because I didn't know what design I wanted and she was desperate to leave. On the other hand, the boy who was working today was extremely helpful. I believe his name is Oscar, and I appreciate your patience and excellent customer service. The second woman shouldn't be working there, she didn't even ask if I wanted a bag before I left.

Excellent store, YOU FIND ALL BRANDS OF ALL SPORTS AND CLOTHING, A LOT OF VARIETY WITH THE BEST QUALITY.

What’s the point of having phones if you guys don’t answer them? Instead of picking up the phone (I called them over 50x’s) they had me come into the store to check on inquiry myself. Of course, they didn’t have the item I was looking for. You guys could’ve saved me an hour commute by just answering the phone. Thank you for being terrible at your jobs.

Lids on 42nd st, aka Forty Deuce as we used to say back in the days, is my go to spot for all my NFL, NBA, or MLB hats. They probably have NHL hats as well, never paid attention. Anywho, Lids is the place to go. I get my Raiders and Bronx bombers (Yankees hats), only from there. Besides buying the traditional silver and black Raider colors, they now have many colors I.e. Grey, red, blue, baby blue and more. Listen if your a sports buff get over there. If not, more for me. Peace.

Horrible not only did I wait an hour and a half for my hat. But the lettering was completely wrong. Size color and spelling. The staff member who made the mistake didn't even offer an explanation or apology. And it was the last hat in that color in my size. My friend was able to convince the manager to give me a discount that's the only reason I was compensated.
