Lids, Deer Park NY

Possibly the laziest, nastiest child-like man working there (cashier 626431). Must have been annoyed I disturbed him on his precious cell phone. Needed a graphic in their computer program (I got the same hat done at a different Lids yesterday), said he didn’t want to show me the graphics on the computer because “I wouldn’t be able to make up my mind what I wanted” When he pulled up exactly what I needed, I said I needed the logo in a certain size offered by Lids, he said, “I’m gonna pick the size for you. ” I said I need it in an exact size, to which he snapped and said, “I’m the professional (lmao!), do you wanna use my computer program all yourself? Did you also want to come back here and use the machine? Be my guest, come back here and figure it out, I’ll
stand over here while you figure it out”. I’m a very patient person and wasn’t asking for anything out of the ordinary and this guy acted like a toddler. As I said I got the same hat done at a different Lids by an awesome worker in the Westfield Mall Bay Shore. But this guy working in Tanger Lids should not be dealing with the public.

I’ve come here twice back to back days after 6pm and both times the doors have been locked with no employee seen inside. Get it together.

Good store. The employee Josue helped me out and I purchased a few hats.
