Life Storage - Niagara Falls

I strongly recommend against renting one of their outdoor garages. You can see from the photos that mine obviously wasn’t cleaned after the last people left. The mouse droppings may have been left between rentals but the cigarette butt wasn’t. I didn’t mind sweeping it up myself, but the mouse carcass is bothering me. It’s really wedged in there so I can’t get it out with a broom or scraper. When I grab it to try and pull it out the bones break which I find revolting. The people here at Life Storage are not interested in helping. I just wanted to put some things in here between moves. That turned out to be a bad decision!

Ive requested to reserve a storage unit but it was up until the day after it showed. I reserved it online and Angela was responded to accommodate me the next morning. She gave me all the information from the time we got in contact till the time i moved everything in

Angela was knowledgeable, efficient, and very pleasant. I needed a small, short term rental and she directed me to a very appropriate unit near to outside access so I could easily load and eventually unload it. Angela also gave me a quick but very helpful orientation on the facilities. Very satisfied customer.

Under new management; don't waste your time.

This place was previously called Secure Storage, and was a great option for Canadians receiving parcels. They offered reasonable fees and annual rental rates for private mailboxes.

The new management is focused exclusively on streamlining business as much as possible, and also having to do as little work as possible. Renting storage units involves less direct work, and simply collecting fees, so the parcel receiving service got the axe.

Even if you want to rent a storage unit, I'd go elsewhere. Greed, laziness and expediency are the only priorities here.

The service was excellent. Dawn was very helpful and friendly. We had a difficult situation and she was able to help us out.

Clean professional space for storage. Had to store some belongings for a little while and was able to do so on the phone and got white glove service from Angela. She is warm cheerful and awesome.

Fantastic customer service, had 3 different customers at once and was tending to all of us equally, politely, and caring. The lady at the desk made me feel welcome and got me in and out in no time. I will be a long time customer. Definitely recommend.

This storage facility is great. They were very friendly and we will definitely be back. Don't waste your money at other places.
