Life Storage - Rochester

I had rented out a unit and needed to move out with the movers scheduled when I realized I lost my keys to the lock! Sharon and Angie were sooo lovely and kind and accomodating! They were able to help me gain access to my unit on such short notice! It was such great service, and we ended up chatting while the movers were doing their thing!

Linda was AMAZING! She remembered who I was after one phone call and helped me through my anxiety due to a glitch in the system. Every time I spoke to her, shes has a genuine kindness to her and not that fake peppy customer service tone you hear everywhere else. Hope she stays around for a while because she was a pleasure to interact with.

Unit is good nothing wrong with it had no issues the staff for the most part are nice only the ones you see at the business but the support staff are incredibly rude on 3 different occasions I tired canceling my unit when I did they said it was canceled and everything was good but a week later I get a call saying I need to pay it so I called them back to explain and the woman on the phone was incredibly rude and disrespectful she was talking to me like a child which I do not find professional at all I hung up and forgot about it a few weeks later my partner gets a call from a angala goodnow and she explained how rude she was so I gave her a call to try to figure things out Angela anwsers the call and I exclaim how these calls have not worked and how they are very disrespectful and unprofessional she then talks over me will not let me talk and begins to be very rude and eventually hung up I give it 3 stars because the old woman who I would see at the desk was very nice and friendly and the unit was good but the support team is terrible

Linda @ Life Storage on Brighton town line road is great. Customer Service goes beyond just a number she treats each individual as a person. Always helpful and patient. Her assistance help my family through hard times and making sure our family possessions were safe. Thank you

I have been a customer since 2019 at this store and I wanted to take a moment to recognize Linda and Sharon for all that they do every day for all their customers including me of course and sincerely thank them for their work at this location. I know Life Storage has a amazing team of two that does outstanding work in light of the many challenges they face running that store.

I appreciate all of their hard work and commitment to give the best service to their customers. They continue to show dedication, professionalism, and good work ethic to me and im sure to everyone that has a unit with them. Thank you Linda and Sharon for all you do.

Sharon the desk associate was very accommodating, very polite. This is the first storage unit I've rented the place was very secure and very clean. I would recommend this place for the price of the unit and for the cleanliness alone. THANK YOU
