I have mostly positive things to say. First off, location is convenient and very easy to get to. The facility itself is very clean and well maintained. The staff member we dealt with was very helpful and kind.

The downside is that only one of the gates was working on the day I was moving into our unit. This posed an issue as there were many patrons using the garage and we can only enter from one gate. So imagine moving large trucks every 30 minutes or so. This made everyone’s move-in much longer and strenuous. The staff member mentioned that it was an issue beyond his capabilities so I do wish it gets fixed.

Otherwise I have had a mostly positive experience with this facility.

The manager greeted me with a great welcome. Place is clean staff is friendly & kind. Majick is the reason i came back, very good guy.
