Life Storage - East Syracuse

I recently purchased online life storage space this past Friday.
The facility was closing in 15 minutes, manager/employees honored every request that I needed and very patient and professional.

When I reached the location, I was greeted by the East Syracuse Manager and her assistant with warm smiles and excellent customer service.

She even walked me to the gate to have access and learn how to exit walking or with a vehicle. She explained how to enter the property with a vehicle and exit. I had an excellent experience with East Syracuse.

I am very satisfied with the service I received from the manager and the employee.

The customer services was stellar. Becca Was able to answer all of my questions and she was able to meet all of my needs.

Friendly prompt service. Easy access. Clean facility. Great people to work with. Highly recommend.

I have been with life storage for 6 years or more. I have been dealing with Rebekah and she is very patient and understanding. I highly recommend life storage and Rebekah to work with you!

Pretty nice place — 24hr access, cameras, and off the main drag enough that I’m not worried about vandals or criminal elements making their way back there.

Staff was very helpful and showed me exactly what unit I needed for my belongings. Thank you so much.

Bad experience. Water damage and vermin in my storage unit. Rented for 9 months and my rate was increased 3 times. The assistant manager is rude and complains about her job every time I've been in there with an issue. Does not care about the customer at all. Do NOT recommend!

Hands down, superb service at this site. It’s an oasis for storage—perfectly situated at the end a road. Rebekah was extremely kind and friendly aiding me with opening my storage unit. Becky was super sweet and thorough with aiding me closing/signing off my storage unit. I look forward to needing to store something in a unit in the future.just to see these lovely ladies again. What a smooth and pleasant experience.
