Very professional and affordable. A great asset when looking for outside storage for our vehicles while relocating from our of state.

I parked my car with Life Storage for the summer. I visit the region 4 or 5 times from May to September and the Circero location is conventionally located not far from the airport and interstate. It worked out perfect for my needs and saved me a lot of money vs renting cars each time I come to town. The staff are friendly, the location safe and the cost is fair. I highly recommend them and will be a returning customer next year and beyond.

Secure area, friendly staff. The site is a little outdated but evening is clean and as intended.

Buyer beware!
I just purchased a brand new trailer and stored at Life Storage a week ago Monday. I went back to pick it up on Friday and it was wrecked. Someone had backed into my trailer and damaged the body and hitch. This was reported but there camera was at this angle. As a new client I wasn’t even given my money back! Unbelievable!

Gretchen walked me to my space and took the time to show me how
to operate my cylinder lock.
I can't believe the specials and all your supply needs right there at your
finger tips.

TJ was absolutely amazing. Took his time and answered all our questions. Even gave some advice on keeping rodents out of our unit.

I don't typically leave reviews however, this situation absolutely warrants one to say the least.
For the past year and a half, I've been riding some pretty extreme waves of life. Having situations thrown at me that I never in a million years could have imagined.
Although Gretchen, the Cicero store manager has her own life her own story she took the time to not only listen to mine but went above and beyond her duties to help me in a desperate time of need, ultimately taking one less aaburden off of my back.
I feel extremely blessed and full of gratitude as I'm reminded of why I have been a customer of life storage on/ off for 10 years & why if I ever find myself in need of a storage unit again, I will ABSOLUTELY be a returning customer!
