Came here as a guest and this place just has everything available. The gym is gigantic, so neat, organized, modern and just so dam nice. If I lived in the area I would tell people the gym is so worth the membership if you need or use all the amenities they provide, daycare, salon etc.

I want to give a wonderful Thank You to Cheryl and her team for helping me with my son and his car seat when I was waiting for my car to get shipped after moving to the area. Everytime I showed up to workout the staff helped me lug the car seat (held it in an open office), stroller and gym bag with open arms and big smiles. The staff here is Amazing!
I've never been more happy to belong to gym in my life

The gym and locker room is so clean and the staff there is super nice. The equipment is also very clean and good.

Very crowded between 4-9 pm, but they manage to keep the place clean. People in the free weight area have a bad habit of misplacing the weights, or they don't know how to read numbers, and there's no enforcement of free weight etiquette. Otherwise, with much more space, equipment, and amenities compared to any other gym in this area, you get your money's worth.

Expensive but worth it if you plan to take advantage of the offerings. Some of my notable favorites 1) clean and organized weight lifting areas 2) many squat racks 3) sauna/steam room/hot tub 4) classes and training with Kareem, specifically (this guy is the most knowledgeable and data driven trainer I've worked with) 5) pickleball courts

Wide variety of equipment, verrrry clean, friendly staff, disorganized outdoor pool section management unresponsive to the issues

Ive been a member at lifetime for almost a month now. I’ve been enjoying it a lot. My favorite part is all the classes. I do think that the pilates classes should be apart of the membership since we are already paying so much. I would be taking those classes often if they were included. I also wish the outdoor pool was included in the membership. It seems like a lot of money to pay monthly and then have to pay extra on top for certain amenities. However even without those, I still enjoy my time at lifetime. The Women’s locker room is always being cleaned and restocked with towels which is a plus. I love the steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi. I think for the price they could put better quality shampoo/conditioner brand. The parking is never a problem as they have so many spaces. I love the yoga classes, and Jason & Charlene are amazing yoga instructors and I definitely recommend taking a class with them! I also did a personal training session with Kareem and had a great experience. Im new to the gym and he made me feel comfortable and confident while working out. Assia’s gluteous maxout class, and Victorias Upper RX are also some of my favorite classes. I recommend lifetime for anyone looking to put their health first!

This morning I had my 'lifetime' experience. I called to cancel the kids as the summer is over. Holly (who should not be answering phones) told me I need to come in to give consent. I told her that's odd because when I signed up online I didn't need to come in to give consent. I needed to give 30 days' notice even though I don't have a contract. I asked to speak to a manager but Holly said no one was there. This felt like an episode of friends where chandler was trying to cancel the gym but couldn't. Holly, again useless then gave me an email and hung up on me. I’d take the time to read other reviews and you’ll see the same thing about Holly. Thank you lifetime

Just started at Lifetime and I would recommend it to anyone that wants to feel good and work on their overall health. I love all the amenities that come with the membership. I love using the sauna and steam after a workout, feels like I’m at a spa. The trainers are always so helpful. Gabriel gave a great tour of the gym which sold me right away. Loved his intro to core and abs workshop. Kareem has made my friends and I feel so comfortable at the gym, you can feel that he wants to see you do well and help you meet your goals. I’ve been able to get back into yoga which I couldn’t be happier about. Jason and Charlene instruct my favorite classes. I feel my best after a class with them. It’s motivating when you see growth. I appreciate this facility, it already feels like a 2nd home.

Awful gym. They accept anyone with a pulse. Stolen equipment- missing basketballs. Amenities watered down. I pay $200 a month to come here once a month to play basketball at an off peak time and I cannot even play. Quality for an elite gym is sub par. New Manager is rude. Avoid this location.

3rd update, so now the pool area is 1 per lane unless the person is willing to share but if forced to share if the guards want to let their friends in or if a class decided to take an extra lane.the other day there were kids all over the lap lanes and even 2 girls throwing a green dumbell in the water and diving for it.not enough staff to controll the crowds.if you workout during peak hours you may run into a trainer, super nice people that will ask you to work in, but dont ask them to work in.this has the potential to be one of the best gyms in the country if they can step it up

The gym’s fee to use the outdoor pool just keeps getting higher but the service is definitely lacking. The kids working some areas are not even friendly and there’s new rule to give one towel per person. I could see this on weekends but no need on weekdays. The outdoor lanes are always taken and they hold kids lessons in them at times when indoor lanes are available to
