The entire company in itself should be investigated for FRAUD. They steal from their clients and overcharge insurances. Terrible human beings taking advantage of people just tryna get some help.

Seek help literally anywhere else. It took me 6 months to get tested for a neurological condition. My nurse practioner was rude and dismissive, told me to "just stop taking" my medication when I told her I was having side effects (she should know that you can't just stop taking medication?), then falsely discharged me because she doesn't know how to reply to emails. When my insurance changed, no one called me back to ensure I was ok, and this place dropped me like a hot potato. A poor excuse for a mental health institution. Don't waste your time.

I was rather disappointed in my first virtual visit with my spchiatrist. I made it clear to her that I was not depressed, and that I had an anxiety problem, and she kept insisting that she wanted to put me on an antidepressant, so finally we just disagreed on what I thought would help me. Counselors and psychiatric staff ate wonderful. Financial side of the business is abysmal. Added charges, no one answers the phone in regards to issues with account, surprise bills sent months late. Will never work with this company again, if I can help it.

Staff members are very polite, but it's almost impossible to speak to anyone and IS impossible to speak with provider if necessary.for a group specializing in mental health issues, it would be nice not to have to rely so heavily on an online portal.my meds have run out without timely refills and additional meds were prescribed and never sent to the pharmacy despite several followup phone calls to the provider.
