Dr. Emily Ford and Jarred were great!
I had intense shoulder pain when I first saw Emily. Within four weeks, she helped alleviate the pain with effective exercises and healing stretches. Jarred was very helpful with the right cues ensuring that I align my body correctly so I do not re- injure myself. I am now able to slowly ease back to my pre-injury routine.
I highly recommend the team!

LifeTime Physical Therapy was great! Dr. Emily Ford would always listen to any pains or aches that I had and chose specific exercises that targeted the issue directly. Also, she was always willing to squeeze me in, despite her busy schedule, because she cared about eliminating my pain as soon as possible.

Jarred was a fabulous help throughout the process as well. He would come to every session with enthusiasm that would help carry me through my sessions. His clear instructions made it so that I had no issue with my exercises and he even provided ways to adjust the movements that would make them easier or harder, depending on my skill level.

Emily Ford and team, after 5 weeks of PT, my knee is nearly 100% healed. The amazing admin team (Dani) who is super organized and on top of everything, and the PT Assistants all contribute to the overall positive experience. I look forward to my 7am sessions because I know that with each appointment, I get closer to my goal. Dr. Ford taught me how to properly care for my knee with home exercises and encouraged me to try my best. If you need PT, Lifetime Physical Therapy and Chiropractic should be your first and only stop!

Emily is an amazing pt! Not only is she fantastic at what she does, but she is also an incredible kind and caring person. I know that at every appointment she would not only work her hardest to make me feel better physically but she will also be there to talk about everything! Fantastic setting and even better therapists. Very knowledgeable and great communication with me to level set expectations throughout. Admin setup is also super easy with coordinating with my doctor.

The physical therapist is very knowledgeable and helped me feel better. The people are really nice and make me feel welcomed. They’re really good. I found that it helped me a lot. Being my first time in physical therapy I was very nervous but all worries went away when I started working with Lifetime Physical Therapy.

I’m very grateful to Dr. Emily Ford and her team for my short recovery of a broken tibia and fibula. The orthopedic surgeon did a superb job but the PT team at Lifetime managed the full recovery and brought the leg and foot back to its full range of motion and pain free condition, I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. I don’t normally post reviews, but I have to say that lifetime chiro and PT is my go-to for every ache and pain. Dr John Maloney is very knowledgeable and I feel great after each chiro session. I’ve just started using Jess and Jared for PT and I already see improvement (plus it’s like getting a personal training session!). The staff is super responsive and is always able to figure out scheduling without any hassles. Highly recommend.

LifeTime PT was amazing. Emily is a great professional and was flexible with my schedule. They were great at explaining the exercises and guiding me through them making sure I was doing them right. With this guidance I was able to get back to being confident and getting back to more physical activity in general. Love that this option is available as you need to be at the gym anyways so why not do your PT there too.

Emily, Ford has been working with my wife, on her mobility issues. She is an excellent physical therapist, easy to be with and gets results.

It’s wonderful! Great experience, I love the PT and assistants. I was broken when I arrived, and now I feel normal.

Everyone is clear with instructions so that I learn the correct exercises to improve my balance, strength and reduce pain. The PT center is clean and organized, I look forward to my appointments. I’ve been to othe PT but at LT I have made gains on a regular basis

A month later and I have to say they are AMAZING! I am moving with more balance and confidence. My cycling has improved and I’m back on major gravel events which is my goal
