Lift Bridge Book Shop, Brockport NY

Such a wonderful store, run by wonderful people. They take the time to get to know their patrons and their interests, and suggest things that they may not have known were available. I love shopping here, I don't do it as much as I feel I should, but I literally don't buy books anywhere else, I just need to buy more books! Lol

They sell books, toys, and some this and that. When you shop here you are supporting a family, a community. Liftbridge has been a keystone of our community for as long as I can remember, and I would love to see it be the same for my children.

If you're reading this review, do yourself a favor and pay them a visit. Buy your books there, pick up some pencils, a tin of space putty, a bag of marbles, and a journal, share a bit of conversation, and a laugh with the owners.

I have loved this store since I was little. It's always so nice and so are the people that shop and work there. It's got something for everyone there.

Great selection of books, toys, and art supplies (downstairs). The staff is always friendly and very helpful! Lift Bridge is my first stop. Amazon doesn't need our money but the local bookstore does. I can't imagine Brockport without Lift Bridge and I don't want to.

Don't sleep on this book-store! Go get some awesome book's bring the kid's perfect place to get a new book or an old classic.friendly staff!

Quaint, cute, and local with lots of quirky gifts. I've noticed the stock sort of dwindling lately but they will order any book you desire and call you when it comes in. Feels good to support local commerce any chance you get.

This hidden treasure is delightful. With lots of books (even some signed copies!), games, trinkets, and a basement full of posters and art/school supplies, this place has it all. A great place to stop into on the main street.

A very nice book store filled with books, gadets for children and goodies for everyone. A childrens area with some toys and books is a great spot for your kiddo while you take a peek at the selection of books. They even have used books for students downstairs. Lots to look at and they have a cozy store front window always kept up. The employees are usually very helpful and kind. A great place to pop in and support locally!

Better than Barnes! Prices are realistic, atmosphere is inviting. Employees are knowledgable and fun to talk to. Quintessential hometown book store you don't find very often anymore.

Lots of cool new stuff upstairs and used bargains, and art supplies downstairs. Definitely glad I stopped by.

I have loved going here since I was a kid now it's my sons favorite place on main street too. Theres a huge selection and great service!

This is an awesome bookstore. Its small enough to have great personal service yet large enough to offer s wide selection.

Brought my grandkids here.they really enjoyed it.they have a little playroom in the back.a little pricey but a fun place

When it says book store it does not necessarily mean only books. We buy Christmas toy gifts here, we buy art supplies here, we buy board games here, and of course we buy books here. Great place if you're looking to quickly grab some gifts.

Helpful staff! She had suggestions for books for our grandson and pointed us to the section saving us time.
