Liftonic has some of the best strength training classes in the city! I really love being able to just follow along and get in a great workout without having to plan it myself. The instructors are all really encouraging and friendly, and their customer service around buying classes is great. Highly recommend if you want to get into weight lifting, or already have some experience but just want a tough workout without thinking too much about it.

I’m new to weights and exercise classes in general and decided the 12: 30 class would be a good one to try after reading super reviews. Hannah is the perfect teacher, explains so well, makes sure your form is on point and also kind and charismatic. The class had some pros and also newbies and I took lighter weights and adjusted as the class went on. I loved it. Go HERE.
