I've been a customer for about 3yrs the girl who took care of my policy no longer works at this location.the new girls are very disrespectful and unprofessional they add in charges witout explaining wht it's for I feel like they're crooks & I can't help but wonder tht they robbing me I've asked to speak to the owner to better explain the charges but I get no response.they cancel ur policy & reinstate ur policy just so they can recharge u for their service charges I've looked over my paper work & found these mistakes & confronted the girl but she just doesn't seem to care.looking for a new company!
Great rates, on Auto, Home and Commercial insurance. Excellent service, the staff is professional and I am always greeted with a smile. It is a pleasure to do business with the agency.
Worst service ever never going again attends me then cuts me short starts attending someone who walks in cause seems there friends or something. Then attends me with a attitude after i said i was here first.don't come to waist time with people like this. And all the good reviews on this seem to have been put by the same people who work there. This islip branch if i could would give a negative zero they need better customer service.
Excellent Customer Service & Great office experience. The Islip Lighthouse location is such a pleasure to deal with, all the customer service reps and insurance brokers are so helpful. The office is so clean and organized, newly renovated such a warm welcoming. More then enough adequate seating & waiting area for clients. Not sure if the prior review on this was even speaking about the Islip branch, but I did not see any solicitations for cleaning services advertisements. They have been processing all my insurance needs for several years. Very professional and fulfill my customer service requests 100%! Great office.
