As a new patient, referred by another doctor, I made the appointment over the phone and the office staff took my Medicare number as well as my AARP Supplemental number for verification. When I arrived for my appointment, they asked for my actual Medicare card. But I have all my cards in my iPhone wallet and did not have the actual card with me. They wanted the card stating that they have to scan it. Scanning is the same as making a copy. Every other doctor will verbally take my number and record it OR ask me to email the photo of the Medicare card right on the spot to the office so they can print it out. This staff member said if I don't have my card, you can't see the doctor and she walked away. I didn’t believe the other negative reviews about the rude staff but now I do. It makes me wonder that if the office procedures are not up with the times, perhaps his medical procedures are backward as well. In the end I’m glad they asked me to leave.

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Ligouri’s for two years and he is amazing! He has been so helpful! He truly takes the time and listens to all of your concerns! Very knowledgeable and professional! Highly recommend!

I have been a patient of Dr. Liguori since 1998 (I think). With all my medical issues I have been to many doctors yet never felt the same care and compassion as Dr. Liguori and his staff has given me. It may be years between my visits but when I get there I am welcomed like I have come home. Rosa keeps me laughing with her great sense of humor and quick wit. She is really on the ball and keeps my records and everything in need ready to go when I need it. The entire staff truly knows the patient, their quirks and even problems which in neurology is so important because any tiny thing can be an indication that something may be going on and Dr. Liguori is able to get the intel and make proper diagnosis/assessment so I’m not running from doc to doc to find help. I have a full neurological TEAM at Dr. Liguori’s office and am so grateful to be in their care. I love Rosa and the staff like sisters. If anyone has a problem with them, they need to look and check themselves. Maybe they have to understand that every patient is a VIP and they will be taken care of thoroughly when Rosa and staff can give them their full attention. If you want the best medical care that is personally catered to fit your needs, Dr. James Liguori is the doctor you should see. I’m so happy to have them as the Captain of my care!

My husband and I have been patients of his for years and have always found him to be extremely professional and knowledgeable in his field. Dr. Liguori takes the time to listen and answer all of our questions and the staff is also extremely helpful with any problems that may arise. Highly recommend him as a neurologist!

I’ve been a patient of Dr Liguori’s for several months and I highly recommend him. Was recommended to him by a friend due to sciatica issue and after some treatment and light exercises feel like my normal self. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Dr Liguori is patient and thorough. What a Great experience all around.

Dr Liguori is a glorified d**g dealer.he was giving my 18 yr old 30 MG roxi's 220 count per month.which led to addiction & Over $30,000 for rehab. We were supposed to ween my daughter off but if she said no.this SO CALLED DR. WROTE THAT SCRIPT! The staff except for Rosa was so rude & even nasty! I don't recommend him.not by a long shot! 0 stars!

Seems as though the office is always closed my physician referred me, yet every time I call the phone isn’t picked up since they’re “closed”

5 Star experience all-around! Was referred to Dr. Liguori by a trusted and renowned doctor that I’ve been seeing for years. Dr. Liguori was patient, kind and tremendously professional. He took his time explaining my condition, the plan of treatment and answering all of my questions. His office staff was absolutely amazing- from the front desk to the nurses- friendly, courteous and beyond patient. A big shout out to Rosa who made sure I had everything that I needed before and after seeing the doctor as well accommodating my hectic schedule. Would refer any family members of friends of mine to this wonderful office should the need arise. Thank you all!

There isn’t another neurologist or staff that I would trust more or recommend more than this group. Dr. Liguori is beyond professional, educated, helpful and honest in his treatment for his patients and what else needs to be done to get them back to a healthier physical state and condition if it’s possible, as every person has their own situation. His staff is extremely helpful, especially Rosa, and have always been accommodating, helpful with appointments, keeping our notes, files and scripts, summaries, etc.together, neatly and never hesitate to help in person or over the phone. Based on their professionalism and care for their patients, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I know that I’m in excellent hands, it’s a wonderful doctors office and I would give them a billion stars if I could. Thanks! I’m team Liguori! Always.
