Lily's Nail Salon & Spa, Wappingers Falls NY

I've been going to this salon for years and I have to say I can't see myself going anywhere else! Tony Lucy and everyone else that works there are great and I am always happy with nails.

My nail polish is chipping after less than a week. Even after they fixed it once. Idk what polish this is but when u get acrylic nails thw polish shouldn't chip ever. This is peeling off.

They messed up my nails and now there's clumps in it. They didn't even moisturize my hands. Dont go here

We had an awful experience yesterday at Lily's. I used to go
there regularly for manicures and pedicures, and felt
they were trustworthy and professional. We moved
across town, and about 6 years ago I began going
elsewhere. Today, our regular salon was closed and my
daughter needed her gel extensions removed and a
regular manicure done in its place. I called, told the
manager the service needed, and we went in at the
specified time. We informed three employees, including
the manager, that my teenager had gel extensions (not
tips or acrylics). Two employees sat down in succession
to begin the job. The first was immediately pulled away.
The second looked at her nails and confirmed "gel
powder" and began to pull cotton out to soak the nails
in acetone. She then was pulled away to do a massage
on another client. The manager sat down to begin the
removal, mumbled something to my daughter, and
began filing aggressively at her pinky with a card. Before
we could stop him, he had removed the gel extension,
along with half her natural nail. She was crying from the
pain, and was bleeding. He claims he thought they
were acrylics, although he and two other employees
were told they were gel extensions. The confusion and
incompetence were profound. He apologized, admitted
fault, offered us $300 in gift certificates or $300 in cash
to make up for it, and to pay for any medical bills. I
declined the former two, and informed him he should
hope we don't have any medical bills associated with his
negligence. He should not be offering professional
manicure services, let alone managing a salon. I would
not step foot in Lily's Nails again for any service and I
would urge others to avoid it at all costs.

Tony is an amazing employee! He's extremely helpful and makes sure I'm comfortable. He answers all of my questions and guides me to great nail techs, Meggie is my favorite. 10/10 Recommend!

I called last week to make an appointment for manicure. The owner of this store is rude and very disrespectful. Every time I call, everything is a NO. The last time I was there, the people that are regulars were treated like some celebrity. Since I am not there all the time, he didn’t even bother to say hello. The girls are really nice but I don’t need a second class citizen like treatment over nails. They have lost my business for good and I used to recommend them to friends but now I only tell them if you are up for dealing with the mean owner definitely try this place. If there was negative stars options, I will give them -5 for customer service and overall satisfaction

I have the best experience when I come to Lily’s. They are very welcoming. I rarely ever have to wait unless they are busy which is understandable. The girl who does my powder nails is spot on! I give her a quick idea of what I want and I get perfection every time. I always leave happy.

I had an appointment for a full acrylic set was the only one in the place they still made me wait I’ve got the nails a week ago and one hand already fell off -1/10 don’t recommend

Did my nails all bumpy, one broke the day of when i slightly hit it and another one cracked… so disappointed.payed for french tips ($47) when i got normal a n c which should be ($37).

Hard, including a "funky" toenail trimmed. No frills for the toenails. A simple task for a skilled person.

Horrible place, dont waste ur money and time. They don’t know what they r doing. Paid $130, waste my 1and half hour and came out frustrated.

I go to Maggie she is the best, the others are great too I just prefer Maggie. Normally I'd have to go every 2 weeks but they last longer so now I go every month or so. I get powder very good quality.

They have the best service and the best nails, when I get my nails done here they stay on for like 2 months they have great nail for cheap prices, I totally recommend
