Kristy is AMAZING and so talented. I mean, look how beautiful! She spent so much time perfecting the look I wanted and was so patient. I love how tedious she is yet still efficient! The only thing I wish I understood better was their prices and how they add up/calculate add ons because I don’t always know how much I’m going to spend and it’s hard to predict since their website prices are vague. It is partially my fault for not asking up front at the salon, I just wish prices were laid out better on the website for extra add ons such as gems, flowers, and nail art. I saw Alex in the past too and he was great! They’re all very welcoming:)

Story short my birthday is Friday I wanted to treat myself to some nice nails a pedicure. I went somewhere where my nails in red turn out very bad the look like them Square gum just placed on my nails, my cuticles were not cleaned I didn’t feel like there was much attention given it was just. Butttttttt here I came in desperate need for them to be corrected al lilys save meeeeeeeeeeeeeee TINA did an awesome job I am in love they were detailed an amazing thank you Thank you I love your detailed how you manage to make them look well on my short fingers I will be a regular customer. Red were the awful ones as you can tell but TINA at lilys really came throught with the new nails I am in love.

She cut me on 4 different fingers when cleaning up my cuticles and every time I bled, she awkwardly laughed and said sorry. Maybe stop apologizing, and be more careful? You can see all the spots I bled. I got a simple gel manicure and it looks so sloppy. I literally couldn’t wait to get out of there. Would not recommend to anyone

Would not give them one star. I called and made an appt for a fill and requested for someone that could do a design i wanted. He said okay show me when you get here. I showed him my design and was put with a lady that seemed to be in a rush she rushed my entire fill they are so bumpy. She could NOT do the design i asked for which was a yin Yang symbol on one nail and black and white checkers on Another she tried to do some lines and it was so sloppily done i said nevermind paint them black. Well she wiped all my nails off with paper towel and then painted black over lumpy dry polish so now the black is completely peeling off my lumpy sanded nails. I had to be to work or i would have demanded someone new. I’m absolutely pissed i spent a dime here. Will never be back

I love Lily! This is the best salon that I have done my nails. The new owner just renovated the old one into new luxury salon in Syracuse. Everything looks so nice and bright and clean. Disposable kits are being used every time you come. They offer different pedicures, and nails services. All nail technicians are highly skills and show respect to customer. By using “Customer Reward System”, customers get sign up/sign in as a member, you are saving points for coupons, and they have promotions every holidays, even your birthday and your loyalty to the salon. One more thing I love it here, is the environment, people are so friendly, they are like a family, they treat each other with full attention and respect. They also have reasonable prices, menu is clearly described and included prices for each additional things to your services. There is no overcharge.

I was able to get exactly what I was looking for: Nails trimmed down short and a simple gel manicure. Giving five stars because I believe the business made everything fine before I walked out, though the first attempt at gel polish wasn't up to par. She could have been new, and I'm forgiving.it is what it is. Staff (manager?) was helpful with fixing up my nails and re-doing them for me and was very kind.
I'll likely visit again soon due to location.

Very disappointed in this place. Was in Syracuse for a wedding and wanted a manicure. The whole process seemed so fast. The person I had was moving very quickly and nicked my fingers a few times. The buffing was haphazardly done and she only applied one layer of clear coating. I do not recommend this place at all.

They have lots of options. There is something for everyone. I typically make an appointment. However, they do take walk-ins. I'd recommend them to anyone wanting anything from a simple mani/pedi to extravagant acrylic/dip nail designs. I was also pleased with my eyebrow wax. Thank you for your customer service. Will be returning.

I just had such a disgusting experience & am very disappointed! I used to go here all the time when I was younger with my mother and sisters and get her nails done I hadn’t been in a while and decided to go back I am a young black woman and I feel as though I was racially profiled and I also wasn’t given the full service as everyone else was because I believe that they thought that I didn’t have intention to pay. I ignored the whispers about what I was wearing, it’s so sad to see such small minded people just because someone wears a hoodie to a salon doesn’t mean that they don’t have money how ignorant and sad it amazes me! Really disappointing because this was really one of my favorite nail places.

She did an amazing job on both my nails and eyebrows and I will definitely be going back again!

I was very disrespected by the owners wife. She was obnoxious and yelling when I was not getting a pedicure the way I wanted as i was trying to repeatedly explain nicely. The first time I tried them for a pedicure awful! No massage! They use a grater
w no alternative. The wife of the owner Alex needs to learn to be more respect as a business owner to your staff too.they fear you! They look over worked too. You lost 2 customers! And many more of my peers would of followed. Syracuse is a small town word of mouth is huge!

Excellent space and amazingly kind employee's. My daughter and I were immediately greeted once we walked in the door. Given a pallet of colors to look at, within 5 to 6 minutes we were sitting side by side in the pedi chairs. And it was pretty full in there too. The ladies there, they did such an amazing job. My daughter had a blast. She enjoyed it. She even messed two toes up and was able to get them fixed right up.

Ivy deserves a raise! She is my absolute favorite! She slay’s my pedicures every single time. She’s the only one I like doing my pedi’s. Her massages are perfect & she’s super funny! See you in a few weeks!

First time there they did a horrible job. Owner getting up every 2 minutes also on his phone texting while doing my nails, girlfriend did her and they did them smaller then what she asked for…. Horrible work First time and last time there. They are just looking to pushing nail polish and charge you for more mad get you out in 20 min.
