Whenever I or my mom call customer service, they speak in a condescending tone. They are rude and can never help us with what we need. Normally they say we have to call you back and they never do. When we finally get a hold of someone, they send us the wrong item.
Whenever I need supplies for my oxygen use…. I call and my order is delivered in a couple days. No problems
Always polite, pleasant, prompt, caring, helpful, as well as go above and beyond during deliveries! Thank you all for your time and patience!
Everytime i have to deal with them part of my information gets hacked or my order doesn't get processed or i get told it has to go to a different departmrnt because of a new number and they will process the order, and them i never recieve it.
Horrible, terrible customer service from the Mail Order. I began calling the mail supply headquarters August of 2020 to resolve the issue with being sent incorrect filters for my C-Pap machine. I even spoke to supervisors 3x to try to get my supply issue resolved. Forget it! Promises always, but they never fix it. One supervisor gave me her extension and promised she would get back to me. Nope, I leave messages, but she never returned them. Incredible that they can stay in business.
Finally, 9 months later, with NY state's re-opening and the help of the local manager of Lincare in Elmira, NY, I have been told I can pick up the correct filters in person. He also promised to fix the computer record of what should be sent to me. Three months from now, I will update as to whether or not the mail order record has been corrected.
Absolutely do not do business with this company. Absolutely RUDE people. NOT willing to work with you. They all act hostile to anyone.

Can never get supplies and when order your supplies like two months ago, still have not receive them. I hate when company calls you 3 0r 4 times a day and say need to order your supplies and they never send them.
Company will rip you off. Payments were set to automatic withdraw, bank account shows payments being made; recieve notice from lincare, two days after they just took $413, that I have not paid them in months. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I had my CPAP machine for 3 days. They called to tell me my card wasn't working and that I needed to bring the machine back immediatly if I don't pay now. I had two days until pay day and told them I would pay them on Friday when I got paid. The lady on the phone said that I'll need to bring it back. They were completely unwilling to work with me on the billing. Rather than wait 2 days they told me to return the machine that's finally been letting me sleep better.
Pulmonary increased my LPM, when I called they said they "just" received the order. I was in the Dr.office when they sent the order a month before.
They do try their best to help. Its just that they are under staffed and can not keep up with the demand. If calling for an appointment be prepared to wait a good month sometimes for supplies or a therapist. Not sure what other options are available but I would not try Lincare
