My daughter was a patient of Dr Michael Klein's for several years. She struggles with anxiety, depression and ASD. He is fabulous! He works with your family dynamic, and is beyond competent as a Psychologist. We have since moved onto another therapist, but only due to location. We miss Dr Klein:)

Needed a therapist ASAP for PTSD and my wonderful HR rep Melissa found Elsa's information for me at Linden Oaks because she specializes in exactly the area that I needed help on. Marie and Renee were super fast at getting me in and it's been a match made in Heaven. Not only do Marie and Renee make it a pleasurable experience when you walk in, they are also super personable and very friendly. Elsa has helped me tremendously just in the last few months and I can't wait to see where this goes down the road. Thank goodness for Linden Oaks Therapy Offices!

I have been waiting for 3 months now to get my paper work from my ADHD diagnosis. I’ve called my provider MULTIPLE times, left MULTIPLE messages, my primary also called and left a message. Nothing. I talked to the front desk. They said they would email my provider. This was over 2 weeks ago. I have heard nothing yet. $400 down the drain and I’m still suffering in school. Thanks Dr. Amos!

I see Marina for treatment and have never had an issue with anything. The front office staff are wonderful and Marina is attentive, knowledgeable and comforting. I would always recommend her.

I was diagnosed in February, 2022 and I am still waiting for my evaluation results. It has been over 3 months. Additionally, I cannot get ahold of my provider, DR. BRIAN AMOS. I call several times a week and leave voicemails and he does not return my calls. It is very concerning and unprofessional that my calls are not returned. Although I understand that evaluations take time, I do not understand the lack of professionalism regarding medical care. I deserve transparency regarding the length of my wait time for my evaluation. This is why people don't seek help for mental health. I have no idea when or if I will receive my typed evaluation.

If i could rate 0 stars I would. I originally had an appointment set up for telehealth. I never recieved my phone call and when I called them about it the woman on the phone was very rude and told me it was my fault I missed the appointment because i was supposed to come in but i wasnt. It was scheduled telehealth because i dont live nearby to be able to go in. I told her i could only do telehealth and she told me that the guy i was originally suppose to see Roger DiPietro wouldnt be seeing me because i missed my appointment. She told me she would see if someone else had availability for a new patient. She called me back about a week later and told me they found someone and i said as long as it is telehealth because i cant make it there. She said for my first visit it had to be in person and it could be telehealth after. Even though i told her specifically i cant do it in person

Bad service. Made an appointment almost 4 months ago and got my diagnosis. I needed to receive my lab report in order to get accommodations in school but 4 months later I still don’t have it! I called every week, and sometimes multiple times a week in order for them to send me my lab report, but I still have nothing. Now school has started again and I’m still struggling.

I have been with Dr. Wagner for a while and he has been so supportive and understanding. He is straight to the point, no nonsense. I respect that a great deal. I can also call when I’m down and he will respond. I can’t say thank you enough for getting my mind back on track. Yes I would definitely recommend Dr. Wagner
