I heard and saw "Personal Touch" is taking over. I've been in contact with the owner of Personal Touch who has 2 other locations. Please wait a little while as your gonna love this new state of the art technology. They've invested in the best stuff. For those of you in a hurry this will be nice cause you can stay in the car and go afterward. They also will have a Dry N Shine unit. I would like you to try it. Last time I had my car washed I didn't think it was satisfactory. Then I saw they are closed. Think new owners are cutting corners for the high prices.

So into details. People who worked there really works hard and people don't even tip them. NEXT TIME TIP THOSE HARD WORKERS BECAUSE NOBODY WORKS FOR FREE. Very affordable and excellent service

The Best Car Wash anywhere. We just moved upstate and they have nothing like this up here. When we go to Long Island we always bring the cars in for a cleaning. Their attention to detail is amazing. Worth every penny

I have been going there since 2000. The Service is going down hill. They had to re wash my truck. And refund money. None of the extras like clear coat wax doesn't work. Meanwhile your being charged for it. If your not looking to make sure your getting what you paid for your getting robbed.
I hope someone buys this place and changes the way things run. Very unhappy

I just left there 2 minutes ago and did not use the service. Employees were rude, nasty and not professional at all.
Treated like an illiterate. The counter girls were nice
but unknowldgeable about prices and the service.
I will never return or reccomend.
Shame on this local home town business for having terrible customer service!

Great. Only recommendation I have is please do not let the cars idle ON for so long. I drive an 8cyl SRT. Burning excess gas for your customer. I’ll be back for sure.

Place has gone down in quality, looks like a mess, ticket booth don't work cash register dont work, roof is half blown off, paid for service that didn't work in the car wash. So sad this place was so good

Called to ask a question and the guy said hello and then put me on hold me mid sentence. Picked up again, said hello and then hung up on me again mid sentence. Tried calling back again twice and didn’t pick up. Trash

Went here because it was conveniently located on my route to go home. I got my car wash and went home, I realized the next day that all my good luck money hanging over my 2 front windows on the handles were taken. I didn’t bother following up a complaint because it was no more than $10 but shame on them. Stay away to keep personals safe or hide your personals from corner to corner if you’d be going here.

Went to get my car washed today. Waited almost 40 minutes to get my truck from the vacuum line to the wash station. Truck finally
made it through the wash station and the entire passenger side and half the drivers side was never washed nor the rims or the running boards. They were going to start drying with all the dirt and sand if I didn’t stop them. They did offer to run it through again but I declined and asked for a refund. I got my money back and declined the free wash. I will not be going back to Lindenhurst car wash ever again.

I highly recommend anyone who expects exceptional service, professionalism, and just a wonderful car wash to come here! The owner (Dave) is a pleasure to deal with, as is the manger (Javier), and his employees do a beautiful job each time I bring my car here! Highly recommended, and all the prices are beyond fair and reasonable.

Wow, my car hasn't been so clean in forever. I loved how everyone does their part and the car looked fabulous. It was my first time at this place and I will return.

Took my car here, they did a pretty awful job. It seems like they let the amount of cars affect their work. Once I realized that The job was less than stellar, I went back. I was treated professionally and nicely by the manager when I showed him my car and the shotty job they had done. He did everything he could to make sure I was satisfied, overseeing my rewash himself. For this treatment, I will continue to be a costumer here as they did an excellent job the second time.

Good old fashioned hand wash (with hand held brushes). Not brushless machines, but actual people washing your car.

Supposed to be a good car wash but it’s not! Had basic car wash, anyway the rags they use to dry your car with are nasty, I strongly believe that they do not use fresh clean rags for each car, on that note the inside of my car stunk so bad like they wipe my car with the floor rag that hasn’t been washed for a week. Im not going back and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to go there. By the way my brand new car smelled like old rag for days! So disappointed and mad at the same time
