I Took my Z turn mower to this place because nobody else in the area would work on a John Deere. I ran over a big stick while mowing and after to that the whole mower deck shook quite bad.
I asked these guys to change the blades and totally service it, such as Grease the fittings check all the fluid levels ETC. When I picked it up they told me it's not shaking any more and that it was caused by a bent blade. I guess I should have kick on the mower blades before I loaded it on my trailer. When I got home and started to mow, I was shocked to see that it was the same as when I took it to them. After paying a little under $600.00 my mower was still messed up. I tried mowing anyways because by now my yard looks like a Hay Field. I didn't even make it around the yard once when the serpentine belt came off the pulleys and started going up in smoke. I decided to try and fix the problem my self. I put a brand new belt on with the help of a friend. The mower runs smooth once again, no thanks to Linsey's. I checked the Hydrolic fluid and it barely touched the dip stick. I guess they didn't check the fluids either.
I do see a new fuel filter and they changed the plugs I had just put in. I saw a little grease on one of the fittings, so hopefully things got greased. The blades are new. I am not happy after paying that much, I had to fix it myself! The mechanic should have never claimed this as all fixed and running great.

Would never recommend. I was dismissed by the salesman before either of us said hello, how rude. I explained I had killed my current cub cadet due to a hill side on 3 acres. He said he only had 2 that would work and I should go to lowes. The 2 that he has is too much tractor for me and what I needed. How would he know?

I went to Auto Zone to have my tractor battery tested. When they saw the terminals they told me someone had installed these incorrectly. It looked like they used an impact wrench. That was why I couldn't charge battery. One of the employees from Auto Zone called Lindsey's and spoke with Eric, the service manager and tried to explain to him what the terminals looked like and asked if there was anything Lindsey could do about it because the battery had clearly been put in wrong. The Service Manager said I would have to buy a new battery. Then he HUNG UP on the guy from Auto Zone who had been completely professional and was just trying to help me out. That's extremely poor customer service. I'm giving them a one only because I have to mark something.

Repost with an edit, happened in 2012. I took my John Deere mower for routine service.wound up with a $750 bill.they decided to replace the starter that they said was broken without asking first.i made them dig the old one out of the trash, took 20 minutes to find it, but i made them locate it.i checked out the starter later, no malfunction.i'd never had a starter problem.after sharing my story with friends, something similar happened to them.i will never deal with them again, they appear to be 'ethically challenged'
