Ling Ling Chinese Restaurant, Newark NY

We ordered from Ling Ling in Newark tonight and I'm so glad we did! The food was excellent! Easily the best Chinese food we have had in a long time. We dug in so fast that I forgot to take pictures, but it was so fresh and looked as good as it tasted. They were extremely busy, and the 3 people in the kitchen and the person at the counter were working so hard to get orders out as fast as possible. They somehow managed to do all of that without sacrificing quality or accuracy. Their online ordering system went down, which caused some confusion, and I'm sure that resulted in some cranky customers. All I can say is that people need to try a little kindness and compassion. A team of 4 people dealt with all of that on a super busy Friday night and STILL produced excellent food! You all did a fantastic job, and we are grateful to have Ling Ling in our community. We will be ordering again soon!

The best I order a small house fried rice a small sesame chicken with a side of sesame sauce and its always on point and the new location so much better by far the best Chinese place by far!

Not sure who the horrible lady answering the phone is but SHE'S AWFUL! Then you have to deal with her trashy attitude when you pick up the food. OH HELL NO! THAT FOOD ISNT GOOD ENOUGH TO DEAL WITH HER. I won't be back thanks

Must be so nice that you put people on the phone on hold and then disconnect them 3 times. Will never be back to your place, very poor!

The food is consistently GOOD! The service is top notch. The woman who takes your order is efficient, informed, quick, and gets it right! Have been a customer for years, their new location in Newark, NY is small but very nice, reflects their Chinese culture and is exceptionally clean. Thank you Ling Ling's!

Customer service horrible. Mad disrespectful for no reason! No hello when I walked in no goodbye when I left but the gentleman before me got Both.

Lived here a few year with now only one option for Chinese food. Never had an issue with the food but the person who's started to take phone orders has little to no customer service, very short on the phone and not a great representation of the restaurant Not to mention does not acknowledge you when you walk in the door

This food was the worst Chinese food I have ever eaten. The veggies tasted like bagged frozen veggies and the rice like Uncle Ben’s. Not recommended!

I've been occasionally going to ling lings since I was a kid. I love the crab Rangoons. The food quality can vary and sometimes I think they should let the oil heat up more for crisper and less grease soaked food. Other times its perfect. The staff is always nice and very fast to take plates.

Be warned, ling lings will pack pounds on you.

Order food and gave them a hour. Show up they don't have my order. Don't go here

Ling Ling has the best food around, the prices are very reasonable and the people are so kind and courteous.

Dry, sauceless & flavorless. Travel 10 minutes to happiness garden in palmyra it’s well worth it

Seems to be doing In their new location been eating there for years never have. I gotten anything bad or burnt. The one additional thing that I will say is They really Need to get a sign That You. Can See from. The stree because. I think that tiny little neon sign they have in the window isn't really enough for people to see driving by

A wonderful place to get some great Chinese food. Very delicious and extremely fast. Definitely a good go to place for your Chinese craving.
