Too expensive for a restaurant of this type and even more so when you don't even eat inside the restaurant

DOMINICAN. I AM NEW TO THE HAVERSTRAW NY AREA. I CAME FROM THE BRONX. WHEN I MOVED HERE MY ONLY CONCERN WAS. WHERE AM I GOING TO EAT DOMINICAN FOOD ESPECIALLY SEAFOOD WHICH IS WHAT I LIKE THE MOST. UNTIL I DISCOVERED LIONAS RESTAURANT. WHERE I HAVE TASTED THE FRESHEST AND EXQUISITE SALMON. YOU NO LONGER HAVE TO GO TO CITY ISLAND TO EAT GOOD SEAFOOD. I PERSONALLY RECOMMEND LIONAS RESTAURANT IN THE HEART OF HAVERSTRAW NY. THANKS TO ITS OWNER FRANCIS. GOOD HEALTH AND BLESSINGS MY BROTHER.

LAST NIGHT I ORDERED SALMON FOR ME AND MY WIFE FFOM LIONAS RESTAURANT AND IT WAS BEST SALMON I EVER TASTE IT WAS SOFT AND JUICY AND THE TASTE WAS AMAZING. ITS LOOKS LIKE EVERY DAY THIS RESTAURANT IS GETTING BEBTTER AND BETTER. KEEP DOING A GREAT JOB PEOPLE. AND THE STAFF IS AMAZING. GREAT PLACE TO BRING YOUR FAMILY TO EAT OR TAKE OUT. BEST LOBSTER EVER. I ORDERED 2 LOBSTER
LAST SATURDAY FROM LIONAS RESTAURANT. WITH STEAM VEGETABLES. AND IT WAS THE JUICY AND TASTY LOBSTER I EVER TRYED. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO TAKE YOUR FAMILY AND HAVE A GOOD TIME. THE LADY THAT COOKED THE LOBSTER WAS ANTHONIA VERY SWEETY LADY. SHE REALLY KNOWS HOW TO PUT THE RIGHT INGRIDIENTS. VERY HAPPY WITH RHE SERVICES. JUST REMEMBER ASK FOR ANTHONIA. ONCE AGAIN ANTHONIA SURPRISED ME WITH HER DELICIOUS RECIPE. LAST NIGHT I ORDERED A STEAM SALMON WITH PASTA IN WHITE SAUCE AND THE FLAVOR AND FRESHNESS OF THE SALMON HAVE NO WORDS TO DESCRIBE THE DELICIOUSNESS AND FLAVOR OF THE DISH. MY PEOPLE ALREADY KNOW ANTHONIA THE SALMON QUEEN.

THE BEST SWEET BEAN IN HAVERSTRAW NY. YESTERDAY I BOUGHT A SWEET BEAN THAT I THOUGHT WAS IN THE DOM REP. AND WHEN YOU WANT A FRESH AND JUICY STEAMED SALMON ASK FOR ANTONIA. SHE MAKES THE BEST SALMON I EVER EATEN.

Everyone on June 9 2023, I went to Lionas restaurant to buy my regular lunch and end up buying shrimp Alfredo, wish turn to be the best shrimp Alfredo I ever had.great price excellent customer service.my wife keep asking me when will I buy it again, since she also agrees that is the best shrimp Alfredo she ever had.can't wait to try it again.highly recommend.
THE BEST DOMINICAN FOOD IN HAVERSTRAW NY, A FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE. AND EXCELLENT SERVICE. THE DELIVERY SERVICE IS THE BEST FAST AND YOU ALWAYS RECEIVE THE CORRECT ORDER. VERY DELIGHTED WITH THE SERVICE. I RECOMMEND IT HIGHLY.

Food was somewhat decent. The girls behind the counter are "attentive" to a certain degree.but once you've been served up you're on your own. Nobody will come over by the table to ask if "things are ok? " Or "do you need anything? ". Want some desert?

Food was good. I tried something new which I did not like but the sauce was good and shrimp lol. They treated us like Family. Great atmosphere. Def will visit again.

Food was ok. The side of stewed Beans for the white rice was bland. I would come again but will try something else on the menu.

I live in Queens almost on Long Island and since I grew up in Haverstraw I go back from time to time and I always went to the oldest Latin restaurant in town and in Rockland but the food is not that good until I went to Lionas that seasoning is 5 stars very delicious food so if you want the best Dominican food in Rockland you should go to Lionas it is the best Latin food in the
Zone.

Family friendly atmosphere great food selections, great service. Will definitely refer others!

I just finished eating lunch at work.

A coworker surprised us and treated us to lunch. I just said to everyone in the office "This is the best food I have eaten in a long time".

I immediately asked for the name of the restaurant and plan on going to Liona's very soon.

Went to the Taste of North Rockland fundraiser and was able to enjoy Liona's Dominican food located in Haverstraw NY and it was delicious. So I stopped by this evening to pick up dinner and again it was delicious. Everyone was so nice there too. Can't wait to go again
