Ordered my Dakota digital gauge cluster here. Mark helped me find what I needed even though it was on backorder and convinced me that he will get it delivered to my door when available after buying it. Low and behold 6 months later it's on its way. That's customer service! Half of order got lost in the mail, after contacting seller they sent a replacement immediately no charge! I will be using them again for parts!

Ordered a windshield for my VN900, it seemed impossible to find a good fit for a decent price until I contacted Mark at Lionparts, he went above and beyond to help me find the right fit for my bike. I cannot thank him enough, it took me weeks trying to find what Mark found for me whiting minutes. The delivery fast and the product was properly packed. I’m overall very happy with my experience. Will definitely buy from them again.

Terrible customer service, recieved my order, part broke, asked for a replacement and they shipped it out to the same address. Never received the new replacement. Said I was negligent and the address wasn't detailed enough even though it was the same exact address where I received the first part.

After an order was destroyed in shipment, Mark, in customer service shipped replacement immediately upon receipt of the damaged product back in their facility. Kept in touch with me throughout!
