Where do I start? I would give 10 stars if I could! Avi is a very busy man but he takes the time for each client to understand their desire/ vision. The service from him and his team is awesome! I had him make a custom ring and he helped with with every step. He made the designing process and buying process extremely easy. I would not go anywhere else. As my fiancé says, "Avi is the man! "

In celebration of our 25th anniversary, we decided to visit Liori Diamonds in person. 15 years ago, we purchased wonderful pieces of jewelry from Liori diamonds online and we were impressed with the service and quality we received so this time we decided to visit the show room in person during our visit to NYC. We are truly grateful for the service we received from Avi and his wonderful staff. We left with beautiful pieces of jewelry and wonderful quality. Everyone went above and beyond with their service. They made my wife's ring and it is absolutely stunning. The same ring I was trying to have Kay build they wanted to charge 30k for they were able to make for 10k. Highly recommend them will be a customer for life!

I have had 3 rings from here now - my husband got my engagement ring and then custom made wedding band to fit it. The detail on the band is simply gorgeous! Most recently, my grandmother left me a diamond ring after she passed. This place is a biggest scam! Buyers beware. I got a lab grown Diamond ring on Christmas for $30,000 and now they sell same exact for twice less.

Customer service and responsiveness is outstanding… with the added benefit of Avi’s sense of humour and no pushy sales we felt extremely comfortable in the show stopping show room. Went in not really knowing what we wanted and Avi talked us through some ideas - pros and cons and incorporated our feedback into a unique design. He also took onboard that i’m very clumsy and which setting and gold would be the most sturdy 11/10 and we will be back!

Purchased a custom wedding ring for my husband. All black, fully covered in black diamonds and our Roman numerals and initials engraved on them.
