They have such a big selection of wines it's hard to pick just one kind I love shopping there

I was overwhelmed by their merchandise. I found everything I wanted. They have such a lot of variety to offer. I would tell people if you are looking for something unusual

Love when I am able to attend the tasting they have on the weekend. Not only does in help promote different manufacturers but it also give you a chance to try before you buy. Added bonus they always bave my favorite wines and spirits in stock!

Had what I wanted but the older lady at the register had an attitude after I gave her my ID. I just turned 21 so I haven’t been able to get my id fixed and she proceeds to tell me I need to get it changed and bc my id wasn’t fixed she had to get a manager and make sure she could take it. If it says my birthday and my age when it says under 21 until month and year then take it. Not buying from here again.

Great liquor store! Service, selection and prices are phenomenal. I'd definitely recommend them and will revisit there again!

Terrible customer service for online order pickup.

First, before trying to place an order online, I submitted a "Contact Us" form on the website asking about how far in advance to place an online order. Sure enough, I didn't hear back from you.
Next, I called directly on the number on the website and asked if they could fulfill my order. They have 17 bottles in the store, but I wanted to order 20. That's why I submitted the "Contact Us" form in the first place, so the store can have more time to fulfill the order.
I then placed the order online with 19 bottles and put the note for pick-up by Friday, 5/5/2023, and they will have enough time to get the inventory for my order. The order was received, and the confirmation was sent to my email. Within 15 minutes, I received another email for a refund and had yet to explain why the order was canceled on the email. I called them to understand what went wrong with the order. The same lady said because I'm currently living out of state and placed the order, it might be a fraudulent concern on their end. I try to explain that when I pick up the order, the store can verify my ID and the payment, and it's not a fraudulent order. This lady was insane; she just handed off the phone.
I wanted to give them a second chance. So I called my nephew, who lives nearby the store, and told him to place an online order and pick up 19 bottles of the same item. The store accepted his order and tried to call him but left a voice message with the same reason as fraudulent.
Finally, I told my nephew to stop by the store; only 8 bottles were available. Since he was in the store, I asked him to let me talk with the cashier or customer service about the 2 canceled orders, and the two males were very kind to me. They said they didn't know about these orders. Then the same lady took over and said that the same order with the same amount on the same day was considered fraudulent. She was angry and gave the attitude the entire conversation. At the end, she said the store has a right to cancel the order, and I can shop elsewhere.

Overall, if you guys don't take online orders, don't show that option on your website. To be fair, everyone has a bad day, and it's okay to say you don't have enough in stock. I'm more than happy to shop elsewhere.

But, to this lady, you can serve your customer better.

The selection of wines is wonderfully diverse. I visited the day before Easter and while the store was busy, I did not wait in line and found everything I was looking for (and more). Their prices are very competitive!

I feel the prices are good. If you sign up for their loyalty program you will periodically get deals. You cannot go wrong when they send you a deal. Selection totally meets my needs.

Always a good selection of wines I came for taste testing but stuck with my favorite wine, yellow Tail

Great place to shop for EVERYTHING you might need or didn't know you needed for your weekend, weekday (if you are a lush) or anytime in between. Both Laurie and Leanne are great hosts when it comes to special wine events or liquor events and its always a fun time. Will always keep my business here.

Dropped off a delivery of Zag Pad, a Real Estate listing brochure to the store.
Lisa's is always busy, and a interesting place to see. A large assortment of all liquors, beers, wines and specialty products. A great place if one needs boxes for storing items, or moving.

I love this place the customer service is great and they always have some nice drinks here. The place is huge and you can literally find any kind-of alcoholic beverage that you are looking for:)

Excellent selection, very good prices and a very knowledgeable staff. Check the website often for the tastings schedule, it's a wonderful afternoon activity on a Saturday.

A very good liquor store. The prices are competitive. The cashier was very friendly and courteous as well as cooperative. I will definitely go back.
It would be nice if they could have a push cart return corrals.

They have everything you can possibly want for alcohol. And the staff there is very knowledgeable and helpful.
