Little Caesars Pizza, Newburgh NY

It's Little Caesars. You know they use cheap ingredients for their pizzas, hence the affordable (Or once affordable) pricing. You know they're cutting corners, if you know anything about how they're able to sell pizzas at the price that they do. So you're not coming in here expecting the "best pizza of your life". But, it's pizza. It's decent and it's affordable. That's why we go to Little Caesar's. It's hit or miss, so I gave it three stars but when it's on point, it's on point. I usually just order and pick it up from the deploy machine to avoid the lines. I'd use the app, as you can customize if you want things like more sauce, less sauce, more cheese, etc. They usually hook me up with a free crazy sauce without being a sauce-protector lol.

Not really organized. Orders that were ready weren't in the hot case for the customer to pick up so had 2 wait in line when it wasn't designed to be necessary

They never use the portal. Have to wait in line when I should be in and out.

Veterans day lunch. Kids love this better than the d. Pizza. Good courteous service.

Pretty good Pizza & I'm happy that COVID-19 didn't affect the Franchise. Employees wore protected by shield and very courteous.

I have never had trouble at this location and have never had any negative experience with any employees here. However, they apparently use doordash to deliver. When the driver didn't deliver part of my order, I was unable to get compensated for the part of the order that was never delivered. Doordash and Little Caesars were not at all helpful. I will not order from Little Caesars again.

Phone services were very impatient rudely took my order and just hung up then part of my order that I received was wrong and food was cold called to make a complaint and there was no manager of course!
