Little Caesars Pizza reviews
17Ordered lunch for pickup and it was "being packed" for 20 minutes. I've noticed both locations do this now. It doesn't update until after you've gone in to ask for.your order and have left. At least I was.govne my food hot and what.i ordered.
I moved away almost a year ago and completely forgot how incompetent this location is. Food is always solid but the service, wait times and staff are bottom of the barrel. Hour wait for preorders, during non peak hours. What's the point?
Food is as expected cheap and good. Staff here has always been friendly. They also let me get free extra toppings sometimes and a free brownie
We ordered $40 of Pizza wings and breadsticks. Had hairs stuck in wings. My wife threw up, and is now sick. We called to complain and were told to call back. Highly not recommended.
High cashier and unprofessional manager with zero customer service experience, my pizza total was $13.50, I paid $12 dollars cash and I was trying to pay the rest using Apple Pay, the Apple Pay is not working on this card machine and I don’t have my actual card on me, other customer pays for his order using Apple Pay at the second cash register and payment go through, and I was telling the guy take the payment on this next cash register, but he refused to do that because he was high on some kind of drug’s, so doesn’t know what to do, and he literally said keep try on this register, and continue calling all the customers that comes after me, my pizza was ready, I told him even you give me my money back or find solution, he didn’t know what to do, so he called the zero experience manager and the manager get the money from the register and just throw back on me without any apologies, and I didn’t get my pizza it was rainy day, I was all soaked and frustrated, horrible experience, never come again and I don’t recommend this place.
Not really many areas inside to sit, and was a little disappointed the pizza that i did get. Service was fairly fast though
It is what it is for the price. My 1 kid loves it so I get it once and a while for her. I do think it is a better store than the rest and the employees are always very courteous to everyone, even though some people may not deserve it because while I was there some woman was so incredibly rude to the poor kid working there that I felt awful for him. I hope he didn't get into any trouble because of her. Anyway this one is in my opinion the best one. Another time I went in I guess the store was closed and the employees three took my somewhat large order anyways. So if you're looking for a quick dinner that is priced great and good customer service I would definitely make this a stop on your way home.
Prices keep changing. Charge for ingredient substitutions. Pizzas are not greasy like a lot of places.
Forgot to look at Pizza we left the store found out when we got home it was only cheese not pepperoni on there that's the second time it's happened to us should learn my lesson the first
They upped the prices and then took the Meal deal and Large classic options off Doordash. No thanks
The pizza is good and you can't beat it for the price. The sides are pretty good, except the wings are his or miss. They are small and the last time I got them that had far too much pepper. However, again for the price not bad.
This place it's under new management and they get customers in and out. If they say 5 to 5 minutes for a pizza, they make sure it's within 5 to 6 minutes.
Called a order in 2 hours early, I get there to pick it up just to find out the girl that took the order over the phone never put the order in. Food was great though!
I understand this is little Cesar's pizza, but today's order was gross. Had one slice and threw the rest out. It was beyond greasy, the pizza wasn't cooked enough, pizza wasn't cut properly so when I tried to grab a slice it tore into pieces. Again I understand what I'm buying, but my food was better off in the trash. Won't be trying this location for a very long time.
The worse service out of all the Little Caesar’s in Western NY. No hot n ready available the wait was 45 mins to an hour. If my kids didn’t love this pizza I would’ve left after waiting 15 mins for my order. Phone orders were being filled before customers in store. No system. Cashier asking customers what’s their name but forgetting to come back with the order or order wasn’t ready.
Ordered it and n-sliced yesterday called them and asked not to have pepperoni on it and just have a cheese pizza and they put pepperoni on it anyways.
