Little Caesars Pizza reviews
14Arrived to pick up an online order placed earlier in the morning. Stopped on my way home from work to pick up the order after 12 p.m. Upon my arrival I met the cashier at the counter and smiled and said I have a pick up order for name. She approaches the counter with a scowl. She then says “that order hasn’t even come through my system yet. ” I said ma’am that order was placed hours ago. She then goes back and talks about me to another worker in the back. The whole time she is prepping the order that should’ve been ready upon my arrival. She is scowling at me.
My husband and I were in a hurry to feed the kids tonight as we have Christmas shopping to do and just needed something quick to feed them before we left them with the sitter. We decided to grab Little Caesars as it was convenient and fast. Upon getting the two pizzas and crazy bread home and opening the box we realized that one of the pizzas was halfway burnt and both pizzas were very dried out and seemed like they had been sitting around there for at least a few hours. The crazy bread was hard as a rock also. What was supposed to be convenient turned out completely inconvenient and a waste of money as it's inedible. I ended up having to take the time call and order pizza from somewhere else locally and have it delivered. Very very disappointed. I don't expect much out of Little Caesars but it should at least be edible.
Need to be clean up and not playing rap music when family's and kids trying to eat at table a better atmosphere of music would help alot and
You know it's little Caesar pizza.its good for a quick cheap pizza (update) you got try the 4 quarter cal zone
Restaurant closes at 9pm. At 8: 50 they said they sold out and that they do that every night.
I'm a Amazon delivery driver so I like food on the well I went and got some crazy bread for a quick lunch get back to my truck and go to eat it and there all burnt every single one so I go back in and ask for a new one and the lady says there all like that smh no do you want a refund or something else just that they all came out like that not sure why you would serve anyone burnt crazy bread in the first place horrible food and horrible customer service and I've been in customer service my whole life
I got the thin crust combo was great for someone like who can barely finish 1 slice of pizza and 1 crazy bread piece!
Service is very bad! Racists work there! I don't speak English well and it annoyed them, rude communication, negativity, angry looks. I just stopped by to buy pizza! Ended up taking a long time to cook.the pizza was ruined. Get ready for that kind of service.
Pizza seems to get better and better each time! Love how much pepperoni they put on a pizza. I never have to ask for extra!
Always a good product here I can't remember if I've ever had anything I wasn't happy with. Sometimes tiny mistakes like not giving stuffed crust when It was ordered. Overall good food and very nice people whether it's the drive-thru or inside the store.
Every time I go through the drive-through, I seem to get the manager, Jen. She is always friendly and happy to inform me on the different options no matter how many times she has told me lol. Our food is always fresh, our order is accurate, we never have to wait in line. We do wait for the pizzas to be made because we order non-hot and ready pizzas- (the crazy bread, cheese bread, and wings are always fresh) and we never wait more than 10 minutes. This is very different from experiences I had years ago and honestly that kept me from visiting this place again for quite some time. Now it seems like we’re going there a lot more often. Thank you!
Picked up a hot n ready pizza, crazy bread and cheesy bread. Everything was very quick and the cashier was really friendly. Food was as you would expect from Little Ceasars but it was also very fresh I came in at the right time. We were happy with it
I went to pick up a Doordash order this evening 11/26/22 at the Brewerton NY location, arrived at 8: 30pm. As I was walking towards the store a male employee quickly went to lock the door. I returned to my car and called Doordash to report this as well as alert my customer. All the sudden 10 mins later this employee opens the door yelling out something I could not hear but I assumed he was telling me to come in. I was still on the phone with Doordash who had tried to call them with no answer. I can not believe how disrespectful this employee was. He tried telling me there is a sign saying they lock the doors at 8: 30 to which I replied “why are you open till 9 then? ” (even if that is true, Little Caesar’s needs to add that into the app) He was so beyond rude and condescending and I’ll admit I was as well because I was also working and in shock over him seeing me and running to lock the door. Even the Doordash representative heard our conversation and understood my frustration. There was a female working as well and she was kind but whoever this male employee was, he was disgusting. I’ll never order from there and I will not pick up orders from there again. I’m grateful the customers were so understanding especially because they had a bunch of cars outside of their home when I arrived so they were planning on their pizza. Absolutely despicable behavior from that employee.
