Little Cupcake Bakeshop reviews
13 The best vegan cupcakes I’ve ever had!
I had the vegan lemon and vegan cookies and cream cupcake, both were crazy delicious, but I recommend lemon.
They had lots of vegan options, about half the cupcakes and cookie flavors were vegan!
Not an exaggeration to say you smell this place before you see it but in a beautiful sweet way! Great coffee, friendly staff and I’d love to review every single cake in the shop. Definitely worth a visit
I asked the workers about what cake we should get since it was our first time. We got the banana chocolate chip cake, and it was so dry. It was at most bland and the service was not the greatest. They ran out seats at some point, so my friend had to squat, and they just stared at her and didn’t even offer her assistance. I do NOT recommend going here, especially if you want actually good food. The workers just kept taking to each other and didn’t really care about the customers once they paid their money (ofc).
Let me start off by saying I hate my birthday… maybe it’s the childhood trauma… moving on! I got Little Cupcake Bakeshop cupcakes delivered to my apartment on the morning of my birthday and let me tell you this is way cheaper than therapy but just as good. These cupcakes magically cured my hatred for my birthday. Thanks, Little Cupcake Bakeshop.
Cute lil shop naturally, but service wasn’t outstanding. The chocolate cake according to the internet is some of the best ever, I wouldn’t go that far but it’s definitely delicious. Nice little spot for some treats, touristy area so depending on the time there might be a wait.
The BEST Strawberry Cake EVER! Came here twice to just get a slice! I have to return and try the other cakes, but this was by far the best cake I had in NYC. Tried another big competitor and there is no competition.
The service was so unpleasant that it took the joy of having bought a dessert in such a cute place. We were barely looked at in the eye when we asked about the different desserts, All three girls were so rude that we felt uncomfortable asking or even purchasing anything.they did not smile and right down nasty and had no time to talk or greet us but talk among themselves.the cupcake was dry and the cheesecake was nothing special.will not go there again!

To many employees all chit chatting, didn't really greet till we were ready.
The cupcake was not good at all, would not recommend!
Also, overpriced! $5.50 for a cupcake!
I’m finally able to check this off of my “must try” list. I follow them on IG and quickly fell in love. I told myself when I go I’m going to make it worth the trip. So on this day I did just that. I selected four various cakes slices and a mini cheese cake.
The strawberry shortcake was my favorite of the four. It was perfect. The coconut slice was just as nice third up was the blackout and last but not least the carrot cake. It was good but I’m not a big fan of carrot cake.
The mini caramel cheesecake was really rich. I enjoyed that one while in the car on my way home lol.
All and all I give them 5 stars the treats are worth the cost in my book ($8 - $9 a slice) it’s a cute shop in a very trendy area. The staff was pleasant and helpful and the establishment was cute & clean. And if your wondering, yes I shared
GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE
This slice was from Little Cupcake Bakeshop and it was just the perfect treat for those who not only love chocolate but also have a summery tastebud of coconut and pecans!
Consisting of a classic chocolate cake layered with a gooey filling of coconut and pecans, giving off a perfect bite that makes oneself crave it even more
Really cute bakery with lots to choose from. We got a slice of cake for $8+ which seemed a little steep but it was good. We also got a raspberry bar for $4+ which seemed more reasonable and was also delicious. The staff was really nice and made great recommendations. The only weird part of the bakery is that they have pictures of saints or some kind of religious leaders on one wall. Just seemed weird and didn't fit the decor but I'm not super stylish, so what do I know.
I would rate these cupcakes overall as average, having tried several different stores around NYC that specialize in cupcakes. I was hesitant to visit having tried cupcakes from their Bay Ridge location, which were over baked to the point that I threw them out rather than finish them. The cupcakes from the Prince street location also would have benefited from being removed from the oven a couple of minutes earlier. I tried the coconut cloud and golden chocolate. The meringue frosting was unique and the chocolate buttercream frosting was delicious. However, the best place for cupcakes baked to perfection is Georgetown Cupcake (located in SoHo).
