Little Guyana Pharmacy & Cafe has everything you can think of. Their team is wonderful, and they always make our patients' experiences effortless and easy. Who doesn't love grabbing their medications and a milkshake on the way out? They are convenient, quick, and of course their coffee and ice cream is extremely flavorful. We will continue sending our patients here, where they are taken care of the best way possible!

Little Guyana Pharmacy offers exceptional customer service and greets me with openness, warmth, and kindness every time. The staff is diverse, patient, and takes immense pleasure in meeting the needs of customers/patients.

Chelsea is always present and takes pride in serving ALL her customers with respect. She makes me the BEST caramel ice coffee (Starbucks got nothing on you, I'll choose your drinks every time!).

Dr. Alex is meticulous and treats community members with empathy, deep care and compassion. I have been searching for a cafe like this in my community for some time. Thank you for creating this space!

I finally found a cafe in the Richmond Hill area that has great coffee, is tasty and affordable. The best part is that I can get my prescriptions filled and do my shopping right here all in the store. Everything is so easy and again so affordable!

Everyone needs to visit Little Guyana Pharmacy & Cafe. Their pastries are so delicious and they go so well together with their espresso items. I love stopping in for coffee before work, and late night runs for ice cream and milkshakes too! My entire family loves going there - the ice cream and candy are a big hit for the kids - the pharmacy is fun for them now! There is such a variety of products too - you can browse and shop while you get your medications, and your coffee too.

I love this place! It is so cultured, new, clean and well kept, everyone greets you with a smile and they have so many variety items. They have a snack for everyone; kids get so excited coming in too! I have already recommended all of my family and friends to fill their prescriptions here as well. Plus, the cafe and ice cream bar is awesome! Their caramel macchiato and of course their classic Cookies 'n Cream Milkshake are a must try!

I’m making this my new pharmacy. The staff is friendly and they are quick to take care of you, unlike these big pharmacy chain stores where you have to wait in line for like half an hour. This place is more personable and close to home.
