When the bus doesn't show up, I call and no one answers the phone, then after 30 attempts, they answer and tell me that the bus will be late to pick up my daughter from school, and that if I don't agree, I should go there myself.pick it up, they never solve the problem.

This bus company is absolutely terrible. It definitely should not be picking up the kids. And if you call, good luck getting someone to answer and if they do you’ll be put on hold for a very long time.

Today was my son first day of school and he was NOT picked up by the school bus. The driver had called a day before saying that they would give me a called 5 or 10 min before hand to go down and wait for them but the call never came.then I got a nasty attitude from the driver when I called them and asked why my child was not picked up. I call the bus company but no one picked up the damn phone. They make you wait supper long to answer the phone, you can't leave a message because the voice mail is always full, and then they end up hanging up on you. Very bad experience for my child first day of school in the end I had to take a cab and take my child to school myself. For a company that works with kids they are very irresponsible, uncaring, and super unprofessional. The definitely need to do way better, you can't even get a hold of any of their staff incase of an emergency that is scary as a parent.

They were assigned to pick up my brother at a certain and we would be outside waiting 30 minutes after our pick up time

Today was supposed to be my first day of school, and 2nd year of having a little richie bus (I believe) and the bus didn't even come. My parents called the bus company and they estimated 7: 10, but at 8: 00 when my school started there was still no bus to be seen. Other buses passed but not my bus

What's crazier is that the driver was on vacation until today, which is the day that we go to school for the first time. So you know what that means, the driver was probably super lost. They probably wouldn't even pick me up from school (which is far from home) which is just terrible. Would not recommend letting your kids be in this bus company

Terrible service, my son's route always has a problem. They do not notify parents of his late arrivals, always with the excuse that we have a breakdown and calling the base is unbearable, they leave you on hold for a long time

Their Drivers have Issues and the Male Dispatcher is obnoxious and unprofessional. Learn to pick up the Children on time.

I am here to REPORT LITTLE RICHIE BUS COMPANY. My Brother was accidentally picked up due to poor communication between the school and the bus company and was left stranded at the school with no bus to pick him up.my mom is a working single mother and requested bus services because She can’t always pick him up due to working to provide. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE THAT MY Brother WAS LEFT STRANDED AND my mom HAD TO LEAVE Her JOB FOR THIS ERROR, LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND COMPLETE DISRESPECT BY THE PHONE OPERATORS HANGING UP ON HER

I NEED TO SPEAK TO THE SUPERVISOR OR SOMEONE IN CHARGE BECAUSE She is READY TO SUE IF NECESSARY IN COURT.

If anyone knows the corporates number please let us know but don’t waste your time with this company that’s undeserving of our hard working money and that don’t care about your KIDS!

This bus company (1616 Stillwell Ave BX NY) has drivers who sit in their buses early in the morning in front of private homes idling their buses, with their nasty fumes that enter our homes! This is a constant issue & the drivers have been asked to NOT SIT & PARK IN RESIDENTIAL AREAS but it continues to be a problem! It's very inconsiderate of them to go into areas where there are private homes & very quiet areas to sit while their motors are running & MAKE SO MUCH NOISE WITH THEIR RUNDOWN BUSES THAT RELEASE FUMES & MAKE SO MUCH NOISE!
